(Other) Zach arrived right on time, gave me a fair quote for my leaking water heater, and said he could replace it right away. He replaced the water heater, walked me through everything afterward, and even showed me how to adjust the temperature. They went above and beyond by adding a drain pan that wasn't there before and installing all new copper piping.
