Although I had to go through our Home Warranty Company, whom are a pain to work with, Maples Plumbing was a refreshing, local company to work with for this job. Our garbage disposal totally failed and was pouring water out into our cabinets, whether it was turned on or not. It's 9 lives were up! Scheduling our job with Mike was quick and easy. Within a day, John and his co-worker came out to replace our completely failed garbage disposal. John called me when he was on the way and showed up right as advertised. They were both very professional and courteous; a definite pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable as I was asking questions. Let's talk about efficiency...These two guys were in and out of our home in 19 minutes, yes 19 MINUTES! WOW! So, Maples Plumbing gets my top rating and a sincere thank you. I love working with local, home grown family business. Not that it wasn't a great experience, but I hope I never have to work with you again, if you get my drift! ;) You all rock! read more

Maples Plumbing - Failed Garbage Disposal pouring water out - Plumbing Near Me - Lincoln, California

Unfortunately our tub cartridge needed replacing and Maples had already replaced it within nine months. So a bill for nearly 400.00 was quite shocking. We have used Maples Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and with three houses on the property and 5 bathrooms, thats awful expensive. We are now using another plumbing company. It is most unfortunate. We really counted on them and were shocked they wouldn't honor their work. read more

Our water heater recently stopped working and we were sure we needed to buy a new one since a number of neighbors had recently replaced theirs. We called one company and received a $1700 quote via email. We then called Maples and they said they have to see a job before giving a quote. Mike arrived later that morning exactly when he said he would. We described what was happening and Mike said he thought he knew what the problem was and could likely fix it rather than us having to purchase a new unit. He inspected the water heater and confirmed the problem was what he suspected. He had to order the part, but was able to get it working enough for us to have hot water in the meantime. Four days later, Mike was back to install the new part. He inspected for rust and sediment, as well as any other problems, and confirmed everything was in good shape. Total charge was $340. Mike is obviously extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but what we find most impressive is his integrity. Beyond that, he is genuinely nice and fun to talk with. When he left, my husband and I commented that we wished he was a friend because he is someone you would love to hang out with. How many service providers can you say that about??? Bottom line is that Maples Plumbing is a company we've found we can trust. This is a small family business that is built upon generations of experience. We have no reservations in highly recommending them. read more

Such a professional and personal experience! Mr Maples and his team are experts. Very efficient, friendly, and quick! I had a 12 yr old toilet that kept clogging, even after Mr Maples snaked it. Based on his recommendation, the toilet and interior line was replace within 2 days and we haven't had an issue since. Billing was easy & affordable. Would highly recommend Maples Plumbing... I will be using them again to replace the toilet in my 2nd bathroom soon. read more

We needed to have a gas leak fixed, and have new (appropriate) pipe used in place of the pipe used in our house. This was done quickly and professionally, and I'm glad to know a plumbing company I can trust. Thanks to Maples plumbing. read more

Unfortunately had to call on Maples again. John came out this time as scheduled. Like before he was quick to diagnose the problem, was professional and quickly fixed the back up. Hope to not have to call a third time but won't hesitate to and highly recommend them to others. read more

Professional and Friendly! Highly recommend Maples Plumbing. We called and spoke to Mike right away. We set a date and had Jon complete our sink repair and are very happy with his knowledge and professionalism. Never thought I'd be so happy to do our dishes. read more

Called several plumbers in the Lincoln area to help us out when our water heater in our rental home decided to quit. Darren at Maples was the only one who not only came out right away, but was able to get the problem fixed immediately. He did such an amazing job and our tenants were so pleased with his professionalism, that we chose to have him do the plumbing for our remodel at our home in Meadow Vista. Darren got the job done in one day and we will have him back to hook up all the plumbing, once our bathroom and kitchen are done. I really can't say enough positive things about both Darren and his dad. They are both fantastic to work with. HIGHLY recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! read more

On time service calls, everything clean when their finished and a complete job done well, that's what you get when you call Maples Plumbing for service. I've used Maples Plumbing 3 times and I've been happy every time. Drains cleaned, faucets replaced, they do it all. A family run company, they care. read more

This is how a locally owned service company should operate. Having plumbing problems is never a fun experience and owing a house over 40 years, one expects there to be problems from routine maintenance to something worse. When we had a drain stoppage I had called my home warranty provider who offered up Maples Plumbing to make a service call to our house. They called within an hour after I made the service request, and asked if they could come by the same day to have a look which they did and got us able to use our sink again. Unbeknownst to them and us, there was a deeper issue that required them to make another service call, to which they did with a smile and eliminated that problem. Soon another non related problem popped up, again I was pleased when Darren from Maples came out again to help us out that he took a very holistic approach by using his camera to look at our pipes and see if there was anything going on that we couldn't see. Fortunately all was good and we were of course relieved that nothing serious was going on under our house. What impressed me the most and why I'm writing this review is that Darren was in touch with me over the weekend and made us his first service call on a Monday to help remedy this problem, and I know he spent more time than his service fee allotted, and yet he did us a solid by making sure our plumbing was in good shape, which also saved us from not having to check into a hotel. I'd definitely call them again. read more

We had them out in the beginning of the year to unclog our shower and some other plumbing in the home. They couldn't do simple fixing that we ended up doing ourself. Waste of $75 with our home warranty. It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't even think they need what they were talking about because we never had to access the roof to unclog our shower. read more

We did not have a large project, replace shower valve andshower fixtures, but I was most impressed with the professionalism, courteous manners, quality of work, easy of scheduling, and very reasonable price. Owner Darren is a veteran and that was a great added plus. Thanks for your service and thanks for the great job!! read more

Big thanks to Maples Plumbing for helping us with our shower heads. It was a simple 20 minute replacement job..but yet, i couldn't get the other plumbers i called to come out and help us. Jon, you came out and saved our day! read more

Never heard of this company. I had 2-bids to add an exterior gas line. Both surprisingly higher than I ever expected. Saw one of the Maples trucks in Lincoln. Jotted down their number and called for a bid. Hired them after receiving their bid. Work was excellent quality, friendly workers and efficient. Clean up great. read more

Awesome. Thanks Mike. You guys came through in a pinch. The job wasn't easy and you handled like the pro that you are.

Great advice, prompt, did what he said he would do. Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic response and service turnaround. Good price and excellent products and service!

Darren is one of the best individuals you will contact within the plumbing industry, I have a rental home in California that was serviced by Maples Plumbing - and never had anything less then a superior outcome. Darren is someone that is a straight-shooter and will not give you the run around, unlike most other places. This was helpful being that I wasn't always in the area and needed someone I could trust to service my renter's needs. Darren seems to take pride in his work and treats customers as if they were family, I have always felt that Darren does the right thing based his moral integrity, not because someone is watching. There are way too many unscrupulous plumbers out there, and Maples Plumbing is someone you can trust. Thanks for everything Darren! read more

My two year old Toto toilet started screaming while the tank was refilling. Consulting with Google & YouTube explained the fill valve was the likely culprit, fixing or replacing would involve getting on my artificial knee. That was not going to happen! Maples Plumbing, right here in Lincoln, had the best reviews in the area. Mike answered the phone, worked me in the same day, and arrived wearing his face mask, stopped just outside the front door to put on his surgical booties. Mike tried a standard Fluidmaster fill valve; it wouldn't fill the tank. He headed to Home Depot, no Toto brand fill valve, he tried the "universal" Fluidmaster, wouldn't fill the tank. Since I already had shopped at Amazon for the Toto fill valve, I suggested I order the valve (the Toto part # is on the underside of the tank lid) and call him when it arrives. Mike was flexible, returned the same day I called, had the new valve installed & working in short order. Mike was quick, knowledgeable, clean and flexible; I will call them for the next plumbing issue. read more

Very easy to work with. Got a quick same day appointment. The young man knew what the problem was right away. He was curtious, knowledgeable and dressed appropriately. Fixed the problem in record time. The owner was a joy to speak with. Willing to jump through hoops for his customers. He takes great pride in customer service & customer relations. read more

I literally would not hire these guys to park my car. They were sent out by our Home Warranty company to replace a failed hot water heater. The first guy gets it installed, and does not put the PVC pipe from catch pan to the floor as is required by code. The solder job on the copper pipe on top was so bad that is start leaking and without that PVC pipe there it just pools on top of the riser with no where to go but in to the wall. So a second guy comes out, he installs the PVC pipe but cannot find the leak, and proceeds to tell me that the HWH is defective. I had to show him the leak on video and point out the bad solder job. This guy goes on to put a blob of solder on top that would make ANY engineer cringe and tells me we are good to go. Fast forward to the city coming out for the permit and they fail us because of this shoddy work. Wife calls the owner hopping mad, the owner says HE will be personally out to fix the problem. Turns out he does not have the stones for that, and literally send the FIRST guy out that screwed it up in the first place. Who, as a business owner would do that? He fixes 2 of 3 of the defects and tries to leave, when I stop him and ask about the 3rd. He has to get on the phone to verify that the INSPECTOR is correct. Honestly, I don't care if the inspector is wrong, they're telling you this needs to be done. We have let the Home Warranty company know, and we are going to do our level best to get them removed from the pool of plumbers so nobody else deals with these clowns. We tried to get another plumber through the warranty company, but since the permit with the city had their name on it we were stuck unless we went through the permit process again. Lets hope 3rd time is a charm. read more

We called this morning and Mike was able to come out right away to fix our toilet. This is an honest, efficient, and knowledgeable company that is family owned and operated! Excellent work done in a timely manner by Jon Elias. They are a locally owned and operated company which a definite plus to me.

Very impressed with this company! Our water heater suddenly stopped working last night, around 8pm, and Maple Plumbing was highly recommended through Home Advisor. We originally scheduled their earliest appointment that wasn't for another 2 days. We got a call maybe 5 minutes or less after booking the appointment to discuss the situation, and whether or not they needed to come immediately. Understanding the severity of the situation, they rescheduled us for an earlier appointment the very next day. Darren came and worked quickly and efficiently installing our new water heater. We are very impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of this business! Would highly recommend Maple Plumbing for any emergency situations! read more

This company really impressed me. They were easy to schedule with and I got an appointment quickly. My plumbing issue wasn't an emergency so waiting two days was no problem. I had a constant drip in my bathtub no matter how long after use or that it was tightly shut off. Plumber diagnosed the issue, ran to Home Depot for a part and fixed the leak in under two hours. Price was decent, let's face it plumbers make good money. Plumber was friendly and professional. I can definitely recommend this place. read more

One of the best experiences with a tradesman in years. Mike, called earlier than expected after dispatch on home warranty call (contract allows for 48 hours during normal business, they called within about 18 hours of dispatch). Jon, arrived promptly, actually a bit early which worked wonderfully for my schedule. Put booties on his shoes at the threshold every time he entered my home. Diagnosed the problem efficiently and professionally. Obtained parts promptly and returned to the job without delay. Fixed the problem for which the company was dispatched. Identified a problem that we had been trying to diagnose since a few months after we bought the house, proposed a solution at a reasonable cost and promptly fixed that problem also. Wow! We are happy customers, recommend them without hesitation, and will use them in the future. read more

Awesome company. I have hired them multiple times always well priced & responsive.

My husband called Maples Plumbing this morning to have a loose faucet on our kitchen sink repaired. Mike arrived a couple of hours later. He fixed the loose faucet very quickly. While working under the sink he noticed some very bad plumbing that had been done previously. He showed me what the problem was, and advised me as to what he could do to remedy the situation. He promptly fixed that problem. Mike has many years of plumbing experience, and it is evident in the quality of his work. We are very satisfied with Maples Plumbing, and we will definitely use their services again! read more

Woke up to no hot water and made a call to another local plumber, they came out and looked at my hot water heater and said, "it was old, and need to be replaced, $1500. I called Maples for a second opinion and they came out and took a look and said it could be fixed for $235!! I had hot water within 3 hours of calling them. I would highly recommend them. read more

I came across Maples Plumbing through our home warranty. They came in to put in a new water heater for us, and my husband and I were really happy with how timely and efficient they were. When I had other issues not covered by my warranty (such as a clogged shower drain), I shopped around and got estimates from 16 to 17 plumbers. Even though a few were actually cheaper than Maples, I called them and asked them to come in anyway because I really liked their vibe. I just think they're so friendly and courteous. The son (Darren) and the father (Mike) are both such gentleman and really take pride in doing a good job. They call you back right away, are so friendly on the phone, and are even thoughtful enough to put on little shoe booties so they don't get the floor dirty! you'd be surprised how many people DON'T do that. I love that I'm supporting a small local business, and even though they're not the cheapest plumber, I absolutely do not mind paying a decent price for excellent work. We aren't made of money and are on a tight budget, but I will only ever call Maples Plumbing for help with any of my home plumbing issues! :) They are the best and are absolute superstars at what they do. read more

I moved to Lincoln in June 2019. Right away I had plumbing issues that needed fixing. Maples Plumbing helped me quickly each time: connected shower drain to drain pipe under house, added gas pipe for dryer, installed a pressure regulator (no complaints about digging a deep hole for it), replaced the shower mixer, to name a few. Each time I call, Mr. Maples is polite, friendly, and quick to respond to my needs especially if it is urgent. They get the job done quickly at reasonable prices. They are my go-to plumbers. I recommend them without reservation. read more

Kitek Replacement - We dreaded this, but made the lucky decision to choose Maples Plumbing and it couldn't have gone better. They let us know what to expect each day and during each phase of the work, showed up on time and stayed focused on completing the job. Their pricing was excellent, as was the finished work product. As a bonus, these are the nicest people, a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend! read more
