Beautiful work and amazing quality of turf and plants! Maria was the main point of contact for this business and we would also be able to speak to some of her employees who were doing the landscaping. We just purchased this newly built house and were able to select the type of front yard landscaping Bella's offered. Then on top of that, we were offered an incredible quote for the backyard. Everything came out so perfect! Our dogs are especially happy with the backyard for their running and playing! We specifically also asked for an extra little cement side walk for the trash bin and they gave us a fair price for that as well. They have a great eye for color coordination which is great because it really matched our house colors! They will also add an automatic watering system so you never have to worry about keeping your plants watered. The control panel also has different options to fit all your water bill needs. They will also advise how to keep your turf as clean as possible and contact them 2 weeks prior to every 6 months for maintenance. If you maintain your turf well with leaf blowing the sand and cleaning with the hose, you can be charged only $250 for maintenance versus $750. Definitely great advice from Maria! Purchased a new construction home with absolutely NO life in the front and back yards. Called Bella's Landscaping and spoke with Maria, who we met with in person and took ideas down of what we wanted and was able to take measurements and send us an estimate that same evening. After closing on our home, we called her to start the work. Her crew arrived on a Tuesday and were done by Saturday, including 2 days for the concrete to dry. After the hanging of the outdoor lighting, my wife and I just stood outside to praise the work done. Our kids are so excited to be able to play and run around in such a safe and beautiful yard. Maria was very attentive, professional, and open to our ideas and concerns if any. I will definitely be calling her again for more work and referring Bellas Landscaping to all my contacts. read more

Hired Bella's to concrete and install turf in our backyard. They didn't clean up concrete splashing and never came back to seal the concrete after we paid in full. We tried for several weeks to contact Maria. She made several promises that she would come back to finish the job but then stopped responding to text and phone calls. I have been working with Roberto and Bellas landscaping for the past couple of years. They do an excellent job and are very communicative and are priced fairly. Whenever I notice something that I'd like done, I text a brief message sometimes with a picture and they always take care of it. Very disappointed. The pergola built by this company is now a safety hazard. We learned the top of the pergola was not braced correctly, in four areas, and the pergola could possibly topple over. This is very alarming. We would never had hired them if we knew about this. read more

Awful customer service. Does not return calls or texts. They were scheduled to start landscaping but never showed up. They rescheduled after a follow up call & again they were a No SHOW. From reading previous reviews they seem to have the same excuse as to they are unable to deliver. Do not waste your time with this landscaper. Too unreliable. read more

I do not recommend this business. 1. They charged over $1,000 more than their original estimate, claiming it was "because of taxes". 2. They NEVER gave us receipts for either time we hired them, even though Maria (boss) repeatedly promised to email them to us. 3. Ok so, I have mixed feelings leaving this review because there are certain aspects where I am really satisfied with the service and others where I'm not so satisfied and almost frustrated. The part that I'm most frustrated with is the response and customer service. I understand that they are very busy and have other customers but as a paying customer I'm expecting them to dedicate time to ensure everything is getting done accordingly. During the time they were working on my yard (and after I had already paid) there were several occassions when I was told someone would be here to complete some work. Because i have a dog I'd request days off from work or work from home so I could keep my dog inside and be home in case they needed anything and then no one would show up. Absolutely no respect for other peoples time which was/is very frustrating. In addition to that, I had my concrete stained (among other things) but the stain has chipped and gotten really bad, I've called to have someone come look at it and I'm told someone will come take a look (again they specify the day) I stay home from work to make sure I'm here when they come and no one shows up, no phone call no nothing. Besides the concrete stain everything else has been great and looks great but for the money I paid I would have easily gone elsewhere to someone who follows through and has more respect for other peoples time. read more

Customer service not as expected. Had high expectations because of initial conversation when requesting a quote. On SEVERAL occasions, we reached out to them after they came to get measurements for project and provide an estimate. Each time, we were told someone would get back to us in 10 mins, 1/2 an hour, end of day....This went on for days. To no prevail, a call back was not provided and we never got the quote. They waisted our time by us waiting on them to get back to us. Must been a sign to not go with them. #shrugs read more

We contacted Maria(Bella's Landscaping) to have our front yard and backyard landscaped. We are very happy with the with the results, but had not installed any plants or shrubs in the backyard planter when they finished the project. We were told by Maria at this point that she would send someone when we had installed the plants, she said just call her. We contacted Maria via text on April 12th,2021 telling her we are ready for her to send someone to finish the dripper system install in the backyard planter . She replied "Hi, yes". We did not hear from her again until May 6th when she showed up at our house after sending her numerous texts as to when she was sending someone. She apologized, and said they were very busy, but would send someone tomorrow to finish the dripper system. It is now May 25th, and we are the 5th time that Maria has said she would send someone, or bring someone herself. No one ever shows up! Its always " I'm sending him today" or "Tomorrow" or "I sent someone already". Needless to say we are very disappointed at this point. We strongly suggest you think twice before hiring Bella's Landscaping, or if you have already, make sure they complete the project before you make final payment, we unfortunately paid in full and believed Maria when she said she would come back to finish the job. Very disappointed by this company. I had very high expectations from this company after seeing their website. I called spoke with a gentleman by the name of Ramon to schedule an appointment to receive an estimate for a job I needed done. Individual told me that they could stop by Friday, March 29, which is today. Appointment was set for 1:30PM. I never received a courtesy call that they might be late or possibly needed to reschedule. In fact they just never decided to show up. If I cannot even get your company to honor an estimate appointment, why would I even bother trusting the work to get done at all. read more
