He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Armando explained everything clearly, pointed out what really needed attention (without trying to upsell me), and gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the repair, which wasn't the case with the other local bids that I received in the process despite these other companies' "glowing" Google reviews. Scheduling was super easy and fast, they got me on the calendar within days and the work was done efficiently with excellent craftsmanship. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and left the property spotless when they were finished with fantastic before and after photos of their great work! It's rare to find a roofing company that's this honest, responsive, and dependable. If you need roof repairs, inspections, or general roofing work in the El Paso and surrounding area, I cannot recommend AAAA Contractors and Roofing enough! Definitely ask for Armando, he goes above and beyond every step of the way!

Smith and Ramirez took the time to properly identify the issue and, through mutual discussion, develop a practical solution. During my time there, I saw a constant turnover of employees and staff coming and going. I left due to ongoing issues with not being paid, and I'm not the only one--others are still owed money. After I left, my name and phone number were still being used with customers without my knowledge, which led to confused and upset homeowners contacting me directly. To my knowledge, the company is also currently facing legal action from the city. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend homeowners and potential employees proceed with caution.

Alfredo Armendariz went above and beyond what we expected a contractor to do. We had hail damage from a storm last October. Even though several houses on our block also had damage and were getting new roofs, our insurance adjuster denied our damage claim. We asked for a second inspection. During that inspection, Alfredo walked with the inspector, and talked on the phone with our adjuster, pointing out all the damage. His keen eyes and knowledge made a huge difference in the second adjuster's decision to cover our claim. Alfredo was extremely easy to work with. He did a great job of listening to what we want and provide it. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing and Construction.

The price was very reasonable, so I accepted the proposal and we scheduled for the work. The Pioneer crew showed up on time every morning and got right to work, only breaking for a quick lunch. At the end of each day, they cleaned the entire property of all debris before leaving. The job took a full 5 days, which was expected, and their work is absolutely top-notch. It turned out I needed additional decking, and Alfredo consulted with me about it immediately and advised what the additional cost would be. I will contact Pioneer every time I need work done on my home, and have recommended Pioneer to all of my co-workers. I'm not in the habit of writing reviews however this is one I have to complete for roofing work…read morecompleted at my residence. Lucky Campos (son) came to my home (they actually kept this appointment) and gave me an estimate and signed a contract which will turn one year old next month. Periodic rain showers eventually made its way to El Paso and also into my residence after roof work had been completed by Campos & Son. I sustained minor water damage in several locations in my home on my ceilings and called the company back to take a look and fix the issue. When the roofing employees showed up, they spotted some deficiencies and attempted to correct the problem areas. It took two visits before I was able to finally get the work done correctly. A short time after the second visit for repairs, I sustained more water damage inside my home around other areas. I contacted Campos &Son Roofing & Construction and spoke to a gentleman named William who took my information and scheduled an appointment. I took off work one day and no one showed up and no one called. I called again and received an apology and attempted to reschedule as William said he would call me back when he got back to the office. No phone call was received. The company was referred to me by family members who also stated Campos & Son will not return calls but I'll defer to them for reviews and ratings. When receiving a quote, the company will tell you that they are licensed and bonded however will not take out permits for work to be completed which will leave you out on a limb (I know this now after contacting the City of El Paso). After spending $2000 dollars, I've now been left with interior ceiling damage that should have not occurred in such a short amount of time after having my roof done. I urge you to use due diligence in hiring a company that is competent and will live up to what they claim is complete and professional service. I CANNOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND CAMPOS AND SON ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION FOR YOUR REPAIR AND NEW CONSTRUCTION NEEDS. Buyer be aware. If I could rate with negative stars, I would.
