Alfredo Armendariz went above and beyond what we expected a contractor to do. We had hail damage from a storm last October. Even though several houses on our block also had damage and were getting new roofs, our insurance adjuster denied our damage claim. We asked for a second inspection. During that inspection, Alfredo walked with the inspector, and talked on the phone with our adjuster, pointing out all the damage. His keen eyes and knowledge made a huge difference in the second adjuster's decision to cover our claim. Alfredo was extremely easy to work with. He did a great job of listening to what we want and provide it. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing and Construction.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pioneer and their entire crew and staff. Alfredo met me…read moreat my home after work to give me an estimate on replacing my roof, and sent the estimate within 2 days. The price was very reasonable, so I accepted the proposal and we scheduled for the work. The Pioneer crew showed up on time every morning and got right to work, only breaking for a quick lunch. At the end of each day, they cleaned the entire property of all debris before leaving. The job took a full 5 days, which was expected, and their work is absolutely top-notch. It turned out I needed additional decking, and Alfredo consulted with me about it immediately and advised what the additional cost would be. I will contact Pioneer every time I need work done on my home, and have recommended Pioneer to all of my co-workers. Alfredo and his crew are professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and highly reliable.

Once the job confirmed the crew began working immediately after and did a great job of communicating what they were doing at any point and what was next. They did run into a difficult situation with a patio roof deck that was in bad shape and had been previously covered with hot tar and rolled on asphalt, complete mess. Sean and his crew worked their butts off making the surface ready for coating and saved us a good chunk of money in the process. The 15 year warranty was a great selling point too! The job looks great and we would recommend Mann and Sons Roofing to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and workmanship.
