My friend's tech spoke English pretty well but my tech didn't, but my friend's tech was able to interpret my needs to my tech, and all went well. I am very happy with the quality of the services. The salon was not overly busy (later in the day on a Sunday), but clearly the "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean" philosophy was in play here- the salon was spotless. That's always nice to see.

I went in on a Saturday morning and to my surprise they were fairly quiet, BONUS for me, and I asked for a Dip Manicure, I was seated right away. Everyone spoke crystal clear English (this isn't a breaker for me if the artists don't, I grew up in an Asian dominant city, so accents don't bother me much, but I know others will appreciate that aspect) The woman who did my nails was so sweet and didn't push me to shape my nails in any particular way (which was a FIRST for me, I love my natural shaped nails, even though they aren't the same and aren't "perfect") I will definitely be making this my go to place from here on out

I've been wearing long nail enhancements (either acrylic or dip) for the last 20 years and have never had 3 nails break so quickly, especially on a new set. Both Linda and Kim are awesome, Linda really takes pride in the work that she does and does not feel like she tries to rush you out. It is a quiet shop since they are understaffed, but they are still great people. I highly recommend their manicures and pedicures as that is the service that I keep returning for. I'll be back!

I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, and waited for 15-20 minutes to be seen. - I booked the organic exfoliating manicure (no gel)... and was given a basic manicure. No exfoliating sugar scrub. No hot towel wrap. (Both of which are mentioned as services). It was just a very rushed manicure. I included a photo to show how rushed this was. You can see the 2nd coat of polish didn't even fully cover the first coat. 2 nails had bubbles. And I could still see my nail whites through the polish when I left.. - One woman prepped my nails/cuticles and it was painful. No soaking. She put hot lotion glove on my hands and then immediately started pushing my cuticles back without letting it sit for a minute to soften them. Then she left and a different woman painted them. I didn't get either of their names and I'm not sure if I was seen by Angie, who I had booked with. This was just such a strange experience. I felt as though I was treated differently from other customers because I didn't want gel polish. This was my first time and I won't be going back here.

They literally used a walkie talkie to get me a technician as i went to a pedicure chair. Went for gel pedicure and dip french manicure. "MY" did the pedicure and Tina did my manicure. One was doing my feet at the same time as the other started my hands. As you can see paint on my skin and feet. When she put the alcohol on my big toe it bunt so there's a cut. Hopefully i don't get an infection. For the dip they don't use the pour over method. They dip your nail in the container, again not the best for hygiene. Nails on hand clipped too short and dip thick. She offered to fix baby toe but i declined at that point i was done. . $62 for manicure and $62 for pedicure. I definitely didn't get what i paid for. I wont be back.

My nails always look perfect when I leave and stay that way for 2 - 3 weeks. I don't touch them inbetween visits because there is no need to when they are done right. Henry (the owner) and his wife are experts at doing nails and trully understand what customer service is all about. I usually go as a walk-in without a pre-arranged appointment and they are always accomodating, friendly and make me feel welcome. And unlike other salons where the technicians are often pre-occupied talking to each other or on the cell phone, they actually pay attention to me while they are doing my nails. I appreciate feeling as if I am a customer instead of an interruption to their day. Also the salon is always neat, bright and comfortable.
