Well in NYC all of the good silk pressed salons and hair stylists have all of these appointment requirements and it really felt so good to see this salon state that they accept walk-ins and just to call prior to coming in. Well, let's just say this was the best hair treatment that I have received in a very long time well 5 years to be exact. I went natural and this was my very first silk press and yes I got the works done. Let's just start with the amazing customer service I received when I just walked in and then the ambiance was just as amazing a the service. My stylist was Jonyece and she was very professional and she made sure that I was aware of all of my services and she definitely had the hands of magic because my natural hair came out so beautiful. The services I received was a black color, treatment, trim, wash and blow. Happy to say I now have a go to salon in Georgia. I would definitely recommend this salon to any of my natural yelpers out there looking for a natural salon where they can get an amazing silk press.

First of all, what is listed on the website as a "service" really isn't available at the…read morelocation-for example, the "Blow & Go" may be what they are referencing as "Neat"? Nonetheless, my point is...I walked in for a "Blow & Go with a trim", I had been growing out my "baby bob" for 2 months. My hair was almost shoulder length and doing well, i just needed a little "dusting" of my ends. Walked out with an AWFUL MUSHROOM with layers cut in the back, no blending on the sides...I mean totally messed up a 2 year process of hair growth. Not to mention the "hostess" washed my hair and brushed it wet? I've been told this is a "no-no" in Haircare. Stylist didn't even clean the combs between clients, dropped the comb on the floor and just picked it up and continued to use it. DO NOT TRUST THEM AS I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE AT THE FACILITY FIR LICENSED!!!! BTW...I leave for a trip today and couldn't even sleep last night, that's how jacked-up my head looks! Definitely disputing the charge and looking into legal representation!

She's got my hair bleached blonde and still grows down my back. I adore her customer service and she gets me in and out. Most salons you have to spend the day there but not here. No complaints. The salon is very clean and in a great area. Plenty of parking and the shampoo's I get there are like Jesus himself is washing my hair. My hair is very very dense and VERY difficult for me to manage but she does it with ease. I love it there, I just wish it was closer to where I live.

My appointment was with Brittany, and she did an AMAZING job! I told her, I know you are having to deal with a prior bad cut, so, just do the best you can!! And she did more than that!! So happy with my cut! Now I can attend Thanksgiving dinner at my daughter's without having to wear a hat on my head!! Thank you, Brittany! She started right on time within the 10-15min window of my appointment which is phenomenal considering how most salons stack their clients and make you wait excessively so I very much appreciate her respect for our scheduled time! The shop is super cute, clean and professional. Very mature and chill vibes here with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The lemongrass diffuser is an added bonus. This is a salon for the grown and sexy lol. But seriously though, Stephanie was gentle and patient with me as a first timer in her chair and I'm grateful. When I looked at my hair for the first time for the big reveal after she was I done I was literally shocked at how good it looked! It didn't even look like my hair! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new stylist as I can not say enough good things about her and how she handled me and my hair from start to finish. Beautiful salon, beautiful beautician and beautiful vibes all the way through from start to finish. Love, love, love this place so much! Thank you so much Stephanie and see you again soon!

Long story short the new owner didn't…read moreknow how to do a middle part braid down then tried to tell me I'm being "unprofessional" after a first time client asked me for my honest opinion since I been going there when the old owner owned the shop. I don't appreciate the fact that when you write a bad review the new owner tries to make it seem like you're either a fake or you're the old owner who is trying to be messy. My thing is don't lie and down play MY experience to make your business look good. When I called and texted Nenette she tried to apologize and say it was a misunderstanding when in fact she knew what she was trying to do but I don't play those games. Period. Not only that the Nenette reposts old work from the previous owner on her IG page when it's in fact not her work. So you think you'll get a good looking hairstyle but in all actuality you won't. I had to show nenette a photo of a middle part braid down and her employees had to help her and it STILL didn't not come out right. I ended up telling her to take it out and she told me not to worry about paying her for anything. However after I wrote my review on google on Saturday she tried to make it seem like I was lying about what happened. I would really give this place zero stars if I could. It's pretty sad because I used to come here all time to get my Fulani braids done by the old owner Emdi "Glamour" and the people that used to work with her and I never had any issues. See the photos attached. I uploaded them to google maps but it doesn't show on google for some reason.
