My girlfriend has used Danay for a number of years and recommended her when I asked for her hair stylist's info. I was shopping for a new hair stylist at the time due to a negative experience I had with a salon owner. I'm sooo grateful I met Danay--I LOVE my hair!! My hair has never been healthier and it looks and feels fabulous! I couldn't be happier-Danay is the best! Great service, professional, timely & efficient!!

Another stylist at the location reached out for me and contacted the person who said they had no record of my appointment. Ok, so I booked an appointment again. No one was there again. I was told there was a death in the family and that's why they didn't show. Didn't try a third time. Chalked it up to bad business and lesson learned.

Today I come in looking to get wash, blow dry and flat iron for my much shorter hair and I am told it will be $70 dollars. I am bitterly disappointed I had recommended this place to many people, but no more, they have lost a good customer.

My most recent visit was the worst. I asked for a simple trim and ended up with my hair cut way above my shoulders and bangs that look like something from elementary school. The stylist was very nice, but the cut itself was terrible. For $55 with no style included, the result should not look like something I have to grow out and fix myself at home. What's frustrating is that my husband has gotten great haircuts here, but every time I go, my hair ends up uneven, too short, or completely different from what I asked for. It seems like they do much better with men's cuts because they do a decent job for my husband and his co-workers. I really wanted this place to work out, but the quality just isn't there.

I have only had my hair braided 3 or 4 times but this pain was enough to make me never want to go again.. If you are tender headed, please choose another shop. Pros: 1. very very nice young lady braided my hair.she was very pleasant to talk to. 2. She was very willing and accommodating. She had immediate openings. 3. She is open 7 days a week. 4. Shop was clean and quiet Cons: 1. She was 35 mins late and didnt call. 2. She only accepts cash. I had to cash app her and she required me to pay for the fee for instant deposit which i dont feel is the responsibility of the client. I still tipped her. 3. Braids are VERY TIGHT. i am not very familiar with braids but i was told to take a pain pill prior to going so i didnt actually feel the pain until a few hrs afterwards. 2 days later and i was still popping pills. Very difficult to rest at night. My scalp is very irritated and i can feel a lot of bumps in the back of my head. After i return from the beach i will be removing these braids even though its a waste of money. 4. My braids dont look fresh. Im not sure what to do to correct it. The attached pic is from day one. I have strands of hair that are a lot longer than the rest of the braids. 5. Braids are spaced out and my scalp is showing. I am embarrassed. This shop did not work out for me. She was more expensive than my other shop and her braids do not look professional and after a week i am still in pain if i touch.

I want to begin with saying that I am a PERFECTIONIST when it comes to just about anything, and…read morethis place exceeded my standards & I would recommend it to everyone I know! All the stylists are taking great precautions in keeping the place sanitary during the COVID 19 pandemic so you have nothing to worry about (clients & stylists ALL wear masks, chairs spaced 6ft apart, sanitizing after each client) The atmosphere is great, everyone is so sweet, the decor is so CUTE (for all your hair selfies), and the urban music and modern vibes are great. My favorite part is the shampoo stations, they are so comfortable! I could fall asleep in them (at my old salons it would be so uncomfortable, my neck would hurt, and water would run down my back) My stylist was Natalie Nguyen and I'm so happy I found her after such a long time searching for the "one" I enjoyed our pleasant conversations, her humor, her professionalism, and her talent is top tier. She is so gentle but effective when it comes to my hair. Not once did she pull on my hair during the whole process of coloring, trimming, and blow drying my hair. Before coming here, I've always left a salon a little disappointed and end up fixing little things about my hair on my own, but today I left 100% satisfied with the magic that Natalie has done. PS. GET THE TREATMENT (it smells amazing)

This is about the only place I'll go to get my hair washed because they don't beat you over the head in cost and they do a really good job with roller sets and wraps. No one does hair like the Dominicans. I just love the products they use. Half of the establishment is a salon and the other half is a barbershop. Nothing fancy just very basic but you'll get your hair hooked up. It will look and feel shiny and silky. With all the Yankees moving down to Georgia, this place gets very busy, but hey, I guess we know what we like. They accept walk-ins but I recommend making an appointment.
