Excellent quality and service!!! Application process was much simpler than other apartments thanks to well-trained staff. read more

As a current resident, I'm extremely disappointed in how poorly this property is maintained. Dog waste is EVERYWHERE--sidewalks, rocks, grass, and especially the dog park. Walking between buildings, the smell of dog urine and feces can be absolutely rancid. Many property lights don't work, leaving areas extremely dark at night. The hot tub has been out of service for months, and the pool desperately needs a thorough cleaning, not just a quick skim. The property needs serious attention, cleaning, and basic maintenance. read more

Bevprepared to pay $130 for their tech package because you can't opt out so that's on top of the rent! They have taken the seating under the veranda and put in a pool table, but you don't get access to the pool sticks unless it's business hours. The pool is dirty and they don't have a pool vacuum or cleaner so enjoy the dirty water. you can tell that at one time this property was luxury living, but it is not luxury living now, but you'll pay the mortgage payment to live here. I waited six months to submit any kind of review waiting to see if they would improve with respectful feedback and they have not. And, the gym is half the size of what it looks like in the pictures and what little bit of equipment they have is super old and outdated! read more

No. The pool is ALWAYS closed & specifically Memorial Day and 4th of July etc. No signs posted, no email, nothing. The gym for some reason is set to 90F when it is 113F outside and the staff is confused. The gym also smells like ass and cheap perfume. Obviously they spray perfume in the air instead of cleaning. The office has new people every time you go down that are clueless. They used to advertise "free" EV... it's not free in fact the cost of living here jumped as soon as they put them in. The water temperatures are always hot in the summer and freezing in winter. Somebody stole the shower head from the dog park lower bath and they never replaced it. So basically, you can't use ANY of the "amenities" they charge you for. For the rent they charge, just move elsewhere. SHADY PEOPLE moving in, section 8? There are people smoking weed constantly parked in front of the office and just hitting glass pipes with who knows what out front. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! read more

I love living here and the only complaint is that the pool parties get shutdown for noise and it's never able to be enjoyed. but other then that I love it it's clean and maintenance is efficient (Gino and the boys are the bomb and are helpful and fast) every single maintenance experience is awesome and I love everyone in the office chase and Teagan are so great and they are always positive and helpful . The community is clean and well kept. Good vibes with my neighbors and it's very private and quiet here. If you keep to your self it's a good community and there's definitely friendly people with a lot of dogs living here too. The dog park is well kept and amazing too can't count that out . It's like your own backyard . read more

After spending days and days touring apartments. Bella Vic had by far the cleanest and best bang for your buck in the area. Super cute property and great floor plans. read more

One of the worst places I've ever lived at. Recently they have been letting very shady people move in, people smoking weed on patios and people smoking out of crack pipes out front of the leasing office. It used to be family friendly but it is far from that now. Management is constantly new people and they have no idea how to do their jobs. Community Utilities are over priced, WAY over priced. Management does nothing when you have a complaint about another tenant. Maintenance does not fix things properly the first time. When you move out be prepared to not get your deposit back and to be charged for every little thing. Small nail holes on your walls? They expect you to fill those holes and repaint walls, mind you they don't provide paint or a paint code to match up even though you shouldn't have to do that it's normal ware for renters. Have some dirt on your patio when you move out? That's a 100 dollar charge for fucking dirt. This is Arizona. I HIGHLY recommend not living here. They kept my 700 deposit and still wanted 1000 on top of that for NORMAL ware. We left that place spotless. read more

We are moving to the new complex and the place is very beautiful and we will even have a backyard for our daughter to play.

I lived here for about 18 months and moved away for a new job in another state. I really liked having a carport/garage, and the fitness center was clean and usually not too busy. I never used the pool but there are lots of young families that live here, it's quiet for the most part. Maintenance was pretty responsive and professional. The pricing is a bit on the expensive side, but it's worth it in my opinion. I would live here again. read more

amazing property ‍ great people , housing is amazing , great amenities if looking for a place to live this is your sign read more

They deleted my review on google but I would not live here. Parking was never available. Front desk attendants sent passive aggressive emails. Gates open one way and have a very tight entrance exit. Not enough space for kids to run around safely. Dog poop was everywhere. read more

At first, this place looks clean. They gather dog DNA for those who do not pick up after their dogs. Yet you see dog poop every where. When you bring it up to the front office, they just tell you Maintence does their walks, obviously not true if it is still there for days. Management team is very nice up until you complain. Tenants are allowed to make as much noise as possible after 10 pm and that includes at the pools. There's absolutely no parking, most tenants with garages use it for storage and bedrooms and then take up the extra parking and front office claims they will address by doing checks that they never did. The first few days of moving in a visitor continued to block our garage which lead to months later becoming an incident which could have been handled if the front office took our complaints seriously in the beginning. No one pays rent to be blocked out of their home. When asked to move and an attempt to avoid confrontation, management basically took the time to gather that tenant's "visitors" side and assume we cursed them out. Then nice threaten if she watched the cameras we would receive the violation (assuming we were the problem) I could go on and on, just would not recommend the price is not worth it the photos are not up to date and the extra fees are not necessary. Believe all the reviews you see even the nice ones about management because the nice turns nasty when you have a concern or complaint. Spare me the lame response back. read more

Bella Victoria, nor MEB Management, cares about the health and well being of their tenants. The only thing they care about is the rent check. I have had an on going issue with my front door leaking. It took three months the first time to get fixed (mid Jan 2019 - mid April 2019). It took two months the second time (11/22/2019 - 01/28/2020). On 3/11/2020 the door started leaking again. Property manager took some action that day but I haven't heard a peep since. I wasn't offered a fan to dry the trim to prevent mold growth from happening AGAIN. I pay a lot of money to live in a "luxury" apartment complex and shouldn't have to babysit the office to make sure a health and safety maintenance issue is fixed in a timely manner. I voiced my concerns about mold growth from the water intrusions during the first round and they were ignored. During the second round when they removed trim there was obvious visual evidence of mold that they consciously tried to ignore and hoped I wouldn't notice. They consciously were going to put my apartment back together with active mold growth and do nothing to contain it or clean it. I reached out to MEB Management but that ended up being pointless. Obviously, a business needs to make money but when you're willing to sacrifice the health and safety of your tenants to pad your profits, you have ventured into very ugly territory. BV lied to my face almost the entire time that there is nothing they can do about warranty issues and their hands are tied because of that. That is 100% NOT true - put in a 5 day request for repairs and they absolutely have to make sure the warranty team completes the work. It is the law. The fact that it even get to that point is ludicrous. The mold might have been making my dog extremely sick. There is a chance that is not the case (still doing tests) but he had episodes that resembled seizures on 11/22, 1/4 and 1/15 after water intrusions and mold being disturbed. It could be a major coincidence but we yet don't know. All I know is he wasn't sick before that. Why not move? Why should I have to? Not only does MEB own a ton of complexes in the area moving to a different complex won't guarantee I won't go through the same thing there. I also have incredibly valid/concrete reasons as to why I haven't. I am not going to roll over and play dead to a corporation just because they have deeper pockets than I do. No tangible action was ever been taken by BV or MEB to show any legitimate form of remorse for everything I, my dog and parents have had to go through. (My parents are staying with me during their transition in moving to AZ) I was never offered proper compensation that reflected the true hell I have gone through. My apartment was not "fit and habitable" for 5 months and counting. One could easily argue it never was. I have given them every chance and opportunity in the world to do the right thing and they continue not to. There are a multitude of other issues. The front gates are frequently broken and left wide open for anyone to come through which defeats the purpose of living in a gated community. Most recently the south entrance gate has been wide open for over two weeks - a couple of days ago some dudes drove in here and jacked (in broad daylight) connections off at least two buildings that the fire department would use to hook up their hoses to in the event of a fire. They still haven't been replaced. Trying to get rid of me and get me to move out won't stop the door from leaking. The only thing that will change is the person having to deal with / report the issue. Just because I have pointed out problems doesn't mean I am the problem. Treating me as a nuisance and with disdain is despicable. I have been working since high school and almost every job I have has had a customer service / sales aspect to it. Never in a million years would I ever even dream of treating a customer this way or be able to sleep at night if I did. I have more to say but have run out of characters. read more

I am happy that I decided to leave this property. When I first made the decision to move into the unit I was met with friendly faces in the front office. Once I made complaints about a few issues that were going on that is when I felt things changed. One of the issues was being cursed out by a visitor of a neighbor parked in front of my garage. I did the right thing by contacting authorities and sending an email to the front office. The office manager did nothing and basically told me that she knows how her mouth can be when she's upset and trying to compare me to how she handles situations. She also said she would avoid reviewing the camera because it would be in violation of my lease for confrontations as if I was the one at fault. Most recently I decided not to renew my lease and thoroughly cleaned the apartment but let them know that they could take the fee out for cleaning the carpets. I then get multiple deductions for scratches on the stove that I did not cause and telling me that other areas were dirty. Beware of letting the front office check the unit if you are not present and take pictures of everything before moving out. Also make note of everything that happens in this building to protect yourself because they will not take action if complaints are made. read more

This community doesn't care about families and children, they let people get harassed and disregard it. I've spoken to the leasing office multiple times and they've done nothing, my kids aren't safe and this particular family does whatever they want. read more

I just want to say Thank You to the staff at Bella Victoria for their great service. A few Saturday's ago, my AC suddenly stopped working. I didn't notice it until almost midnight. I called the emergency maintenance number, thinking they would be able to come out the following morning but to my pleasant surprise I received a call back within a few minutes and the tech was at my door within 20. He was able to fix the AC and I was able to sleep comfortably. Now that is great service. Great place to live and beautiful apartments! read more

We moved in here about 11/2 ago and honestly a bit disappointed. The Apartments are beautiful, but cheaply made. Maintenance is great and fast responding! You can NEVER get through to office on the phone, lacy is rude and insulting. Police are always here, a lot of shady activity & people. Management is petty and always sends out ridiculous letters about fake violations. We pay WAY to much money for it to be this way. Your paying for amenities yet none of the amenities are built and don't even look close to being built. Do not feel safe allowing my kids to ride bikes or roam around, it's gated yet the gates are always left open. High quality prices for low quality surroundings, if I had to guess there background checks aren't really ran they are more interested in occupying units. Neighbors are nosey and racist and this community is a joke and so is management, "smoke free" community yet everyone smokes weed. read more

Lacy and Shawnelle and the entire maintenance crew at Bella Victoria were some of the best to work with! I lived there for 2 years and they handled everything with class and were kind and professional and felt like family the entire time! My apartment was awesome and one of the best places I've lived at! The apartment was inviting, clean and comfortable with awesome appliances and a gorgeous kitchen! It was the perfect home for me. I will miss it very much! read more

I have absolutely loved living at Bella Victoria! I can't say enough about Lacy, Shawnelle, Gino, and Devin. The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are equally as beautiful and convenient. I have had a five-star experience here! I have had really good neighbors and I believe that is strongly due to the background screening and rules of the community. It makes it safe and enjoyable for everyone. Again, I can't say enough about management and support staff for all that they do. They have been so helpful and so cheerful. I have received just as excellent customer service after I signed my lease agreement as before. Thank you! read more

So we have really loved living here the last 3 years, however it is so damn expensive here. We ended up just buying a house cause it would be 600$ LESS than what we pay now. Pros- ladies up front are always really nice. Lacy is amazing. The apartments are really nice as well and so is the community. Cons- OMG the parking. If you have to work late you are out of luck if you want to park anywhere. Theres literally never any parking and when there is i feel like i should buy a lottery ticket for that rarety. Price- again my husband and i bought a house because it would be 600$ less per month. A small thing, my husband isnt able to get overtime because of covid because money is tight so we are moving. 3000$ for breaking lease BUT we can pay it off over 9 months so that was really nice of lacy. Again, really liked living here, ladies are nice but never having parking is really annoying and the price is way too high to live here comfortably. read more

Amazing property and friendly staff. Brand new buildings with very modern styles. The pool is as luxurious as they come and the gym has everything you could want! Plenty of floor plans to choose from to fit your needs. read more

Apartments are newer; neighbors were quiet; we were close to one of two very nice pools and grills. Appreciated the wi-fi package, garage plus parking pad. We didn't have any issues and the residents seemed very nice. Lacy and Shawnelle were excellent and very responsive--they went above and beyond to accommodate us. It didn't feel like apartment living--we loved it! read more

WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER!!!!!!!! We lived there for over 1 year and my boyfriend and I both have jobs at a bar, so we don't get home until 3-5 am. (Cause everyone in America doesn't have the same exact schedule) and there is absolutely NO PARKING anywhere!!!! There is about 5 or 6 open parking spaces up front by the office and that is literally the only place for us to park because they have parking spaces with lines through it for absolutely no reason in front of apartments. (Where I've parked before and got a ticket) We got a ticket for parking in the ONLY PLACE WE CAN PARK AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME!!! We already have a car in the garage and we have another car that we take together to work. If something goes wrong in the house it takes about week or two before they even come to take a look at it, and then to actually fix it is about a month. Also if you have a dog they make YOU pay to get it DNA tested so that if you don't pick up after it you get fined. Which is fine, except when everyone doesn't pick up their dog poop and it gets left there forever and nothing happens. I promise you there are better places than this!!! Also, police are there once a week and about 2-3 police cars at a time. read more

Dog shit apartments, dipped out after 6 months I rather live on the side of the road using a boulder as a pillow.... fuck the neighbors they are assholes almost keyed her car but took a xan and did some yoga to help my anger issues.. so overall hated it... but respect that they had free WiFi... just kidding shit didn't even connect to my phone.... another reason it sucked ass... hope this helps you guys good luck if you trynna get this place. read more

I love the apartment itself, they are beautiful and spacious and lots of places to store things. The amenities are great and overall a nice place to live. However this place almost never has available parking. We each get our own garage and other parking is first come first serve. It is frustrating to drive by other units who pack their garages full of junk so they can't park in there. More than half of the units I've seen are like this forcing someone like me who gets home late to park at the other end of the complex. Let's also touch on the no smoking rule, I am in full support of this and the front office claims to be strict on this yet one of my neighbors smokes in his garage with the door open and I have smelt Pot coming out of a unit when I have to walk from one end to the other. There are cops here every other week and I feel like we are all paying a good amount to be here and management should address what is going on. read more

Best Service Ever! Lacy and Shawnelle are amazing! I am loving it. Grounds are clean and fresh!

If your leasing agents can't even look up for a moment when they are already assisting someone else in order to greet the next person if only to quickly say "hello, I'll be with you shortly or soon as I can" ...something along those lines, then how do you think that makes someone feel? It makes them feel like less than a star, hence this rating. I was looking in this area for an apartment for my parents who want to see if AZ will be a winter or even a year round home. We won't be looking at Bella Victoria. read more
