Had to stop in with my grandfather due to a flat tire. I show up and explain the situation and Rich courteously matches the tire I need. I asked him how much it would be and he states "$135 for the tire." No issue there! Sets up my rims with the tire and we are good to go. However, at checkout, he puts in $150 into his machine. Now, I will support a small business any time but when someone plays a game of bait and switch I am bothered. A man is supposed to be a MAN of their word. Rich gave me a certain type of look when he flipped the machine and it read that $150. It's a $15 difference I understand, but we both mutually agreed to the original price and I could not do anything about it. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman and was speaking Spanish he'd make an extra $15 off of me. Anyways, still timely and orderly but definitely not a man of his word. read more

We were just an hour into our ride from St Pete to Elko, GA when our TPM indicated we were losing pressure in the outside dually tire of our 26' Tiffin Wayfarer motor home. We got off of I75 and started looking for tire repair shops. Several came up but Bella Tires had the best reviews. I called and they said come right over. Even though they were very busy, Gary and his young helper came right out and went to work. It took them over 1/2 an hour to extract a 2" by 1/4" bolt from the tire before they were able to plug it and get us on our way. I would expect that another company might have just said "too busy" or "too much work" but they persevered. They probably spent triple the time that it would have taken to fix an easy flat but they didn't charge us any extra. Gary wouldn't even take a cash tip for their extra effort. He just said their goal is to do a good job and have happy customers. If I could give Gary, his assistant and Bella Tires 10 stars for service, value and a job well done, I would. Something strange happened to me today. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I found Bella tires close by and the rating looked good so I went there. Rich and Gary spent a good amount of time looking for the slow leak. Found and then, for the first time in decades of dealing with different tire shops, Bella Tires plugged the tire, instead of trying to sell me a new tire. It is a Pirelli tire. They could have made a lot more on the sale. Instead, they charged me $34. Which, in my opinion, didn't account at all for the time they spent looking. So this is not a negative nor positive review. Simply information for the do it yourselfers. Bella Tires will not mount tires purchased from other sources. So don't drop in here expecting your tires your found with low miles or online at better prices to be serviced here. Not sure why as the analogy from owner left me a bit perplexed. But his company his rules. I try to support the little guys, the local guys, the entrepreneurs like myself. Instead I have to take my business to the chain store.......so be it. read more

Went to Bella Tire because it says they are open at 7 am. I drove out of my way to get my tire fixed before work. When I got there at 7am no one was there. I called and someone told me they are out delivering tires. And they don't open till 8 am. I told them that I came to them because it says online they open at 7 am. He told me well we deliver tires from 7 am - 8 am. Bella Tire should update there time or have someone at the store at the specified time. I will not be doing business with them. read more

Amazing amazing amazing!!!! I hit a median and popped a tire at work. Had to baby the car home because spare was messed up and by the time we got the car home most places were closed. But not Bella Tires. Not only were they open they are very affordable. They didn't try and upsell us or haggle more into it, they gave us exactly what we asked for at a great price and had the new tire mounted balanced and we were out the door in under 15 minutes.
