Came in for a simple tire repair appointment after running over a screw a few weeks prior. They started work quickly, and unfortunately that's where the positive experience ended. Almost immediately, they came back claiming the screw had hit the sidewall and that the entire tire needed to be replaced for $443. Mind you, these tires are only about six months old. Given the location of the screw and the fact that the tire never lost pressure for weeks, this seemed highly questionable. They also recommended replacing the air filter, which admittedly did need to be changed. Since I declined the unnecessary tire replacement, they said they would "vacuum out" the filter and reinstall it so it would be "good enough." My fiancé planned to replace it himself anyway. When my fiancé inspected the tire afterward, he noticed they never even removed the tire from the wheel to properly inspect it internally before recommending full replacement. For context: my fiancé is capable of repairing tires himself, but because the tire was fairly new, he specifically wanted it professionally patched from the inside. After another tire shop failed to honor appointments, he finally decided to just handle it himself. To make matters worse, a couple walked in right after me and were told the exact same thing -- "the nail hit the sidewall, the tire needs replacing." What happened to Goodyear? They used to be honest, efficient, and known for terrific customer service. They once had a loyal customer in me. I will not be returning.

I pulled off safely, opened the hood, and found the radiator cap completely gone. I had the car towed to the Goodyear store in North Miami, where it was diagnosed that the coolant reservoir cap threads had been forced and damaged--meaning the cap had been put back on incorrectly by whoever last serviced it. (I don't touch my own car; I'm not a mechanic.) Naturally, I called the store that had serviced the vehicle the day before. Jason told me he would "check into it" and get back to me--but I never heard another word. Overheating on a busy interstate isn't just inconvenient; it's dangerous. The lack of follow-up showed zero concern for customer safety. Now I understand why that store was completely empty when I went in. Don't risk your car--or your family's safety--by trusting this shop with your vehicle.

I drove to Miami (over 10 hours there and back) with my car like that. Then after they replaced the brake systems and the axel I had to go back bc they were still making noise. Supposedly they were "fixed". Then when I picked up my car, as I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed 2 lights on the dash were lit up. I went back in to the location and told them about the lights. I was told to ignore it. The lights are on for a reason. Even tho they had "comped" some of the services that has no baring especially when I still am concerned about my brakes and the safety of my car.  My family has been customers of tires plus for decades. The way this was handled was awful. I even spoke to MaryAnn the "area manager" who told me everything would be taken care of. Clearly since my brakes still sound like shit, it was not. We have shared this experience with the rest of our family (that spreads across the US) as well as all our friends and neighbors. We will not be using Tiresplus in the future.

They were able to look up my information, confirm that I still had my warranty, and confirm that they had the correct kind of battery in stock. Tony was great on the phone and with helping me get my situation figured out, and Kelly replaced my battery fairly quickly! Since it was under warranty I got the battery for free and just had to pay the cost of labor and removal, which was about $90. It's a little pricey but much cheaper than taking it to a dealership, so I'll take it! The service was great, employees were friendly, and the inside waiting area is clean & stocked with snacks/coffee/water.

I didn't know that until recently when I had Tires Plus change my last flat tire but I had my alignment done at Firestone. Firestone talked me into getting the lifetime alignment deal because I'll be honest, I seem to have curbs jump out at me often, but anyway I was having a little trouble getting an appointment for the day I needed so they suggested that I try a Tires Plus. Awesome, I have one about 5 blocks from my place. Appointment was made for the day and time I needed and I opted in to stay and wait for them to do the alignment. Much to my surprise and delight, this curb instance didn't really do too much so they had me out of there in 30 minutes. Perfect.
