I needed a full repaint of the exterior of my home along with all windows and my house is quite large. I also needed any and all rotted wood to be removed and replaced, and I had a lot of it as well. Kris has a welcoming demeanor, appeared very knowledgeable, and exuded confidence that he and his team would be able to complete my job and do it with excellence. Those were the bench marks (along with price of course) that I need when choosing a contractor for a job. The price wasn't cheap but it was definitely fair. Kris's crew came out and did a fantastic job with both the wood repairs as well as the the paint job. There was one hiccup with some miscommunication on their part but they apologized and made it right. That takes good customer service and they definitely have it! When it was all said and done, my house looks like an entirely new home. My family and I are very happy with the final result - It looks amazing! After getting outrageous quotes because everyone was scared of the plaster, Alex gave me a reasonable quote. I think it took him a little more time than he expected but he honored his original quote. He is a very nice and personable person who does really good work. I can see why some may have had an issue with scheduling because he is not a large company, but he was worth the wait!
