I utilized the request a quote system for a roofer after looking for a handyman was not successful…read more Robert at Ramirez reached back out to me and gave me an attractive price range. I tried to schedule an appointment with him to come give us a quote and review the job. After giving him a few more details about placement, access, etc,. We set up a window that he could stop by that day. He didn't make it. The next morning, he apologized because he said there was an emergency roof repair that lasted all day - no problem... i get it. He asked if she would be availble that night, we said yes any time between 5pm-9pm. At 7pm we got a message that he hadnt checked his phone and that he could stop by the day after. We set up another time frame where he would stop by, never showed... you get the point. All in all, we were no showed 3 times, and rescheduled several. Not sure if it was too good to be true. If he really had more emergencies pop up. Or if he just didn't want to do this small job... but it was a lot of time wasted, schedule movement on my wifes end to make it work, just for no work to ever happen. Very unfortunate.

He came out quickly to tarp the roof after storm damage, resecured it multiple times when high winds loosened it, and even helped guide me through the insurance process and paperwork so I understood everything clearly. Communication was excellent the entire time -- he sent progress photos, explained the materials and installation steps, and answered every question without rushing. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the whole roof in just a few hours. Cleanup was extremely thorough and the yard looked great afterward. He handled the permit, inspection scheduling, and warranty registration as well, which made the whole process stress-free. The finished roof looks fantastic and the quality of work is obvious. It's rare to find contractors this honest, responsive, and professional. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Went inside the attic, took photos, shared what he found while up there including the crummy bathroom vent tube that had been installed a long time ago. Agreed on the price quickly (fair and compatible), explained timeline, warranties, options. Installation took place and his crew was near perfect; even my neighbors commented on their beautiful work, neatness and care. Ryan was communicative throughout the entire process, professional, courteous, friendly and so so so efficient! As I have mentioned in my other reviews: it's tough to find an honest person particularly as a single woman for any kind of work on a house. Ladies, if you're looking for communicative, efficient and highly compatible warranties/pricing: Gasparotto Roofing!
