Let me start by saying I am not sure how this place is open and allowed to operate. The inside is dirty, unsanitary, and the employees were not wearing masks. I watched one employee go into the refrigerator, take out a head of lettuce that was still wrapped from the super market and just start pulling pieces off and putting it in a sandwich without washing their hands and without washing the lettuce. Apart from how unsanitary this place is, the food was atrocious. They should be embarrassed for the quality of food they put out. We ordered several items for a group while visiting Old Orchard Beach. I had the lobster roll. It was all bread and barely any lobster. The lobster that was in it was mushy, flavorless and was not fresh. We also ordered a turkey sub, which included a single slice of turkey on the entire sub. We ordered a few other subs including a tuna sub, which were all the same as the lobster roll - nothing inside and just a dry sub roll. We paid $2.99 for the fries and coleslaw with each of the sandwiches. We were told they were out of coleslaw but still had to pay $2.99 for the fries. After we brought our order home, all but one of the sandwiches had fries with it. It is a complete lack of care and customer service. This was probably one of the worst takeout experiences I have had in a long time. We tried calling after we brought our order home, but nobody picked up. Given the unsanitary conditions, horrible quality of food, and terrible customer service, I would AVOID this place at all costs. There are lot of better options in the area. They should honestly be shut down and not allowed to operate. read more

I ordered from Bella yesterday via GrubHub. I paid and received a text telling me what time I order would be ready but when we went to pick it up they were closed and there was a sign up. Obviously somebody forgot to turn off their orders on GrubHub, and it was a big deal for us because we were ordering food for a group to eat before a funeral. Luckily Domino's was terrific and got us some pizzas made in just 10 minutes. read more

You don't expect much when you order a tuna sandwich, but was hoping for at least half of a can of tuna when you're paying $10 bucks. During COVID the guy running the front didn't have a mask on. If that worries you, obviously factor that in if you're considering an order. Oh btw check the picture for the side of fries ($2.99). Hard pass. I'd drive 20 minutes + out of my way to avoid eating here again if I had the option, which you do in the OOB area. read more

I never leave reviews but this place deserves this. If you're thinking about eating in OOB you'll will have a better meal at McDonald's. A group of us ordered 6 subs and a calzone from these guys. Gave them the hour they said it would take to be ready and it wasn't even started when we arrived. Took an additional 30 minuets to make the order. My sub was a roll with some lettuce and not joking A SINGLE SLICE OF TURKEY ON EACH END OF THE SUB. The buffalo chicken subs we got had 2-3 small tenders on each sub... I love small business, but if this placed closed it would better the OOB community as a whole. read more

Was in town for a wedding and came across this place last June. Still have not forgotten the crab cakes. Realized I had not left a review and needed to fix that. Quiet, unassuming little hole in the wall. Bit warm because of the pizza oven but didn't care. The owner was the nicest guy and made us feel like we were in his home. The lobster sandwich was simply amazing. I cannot wait to get back to Maine just so I can visit Mr. Bills again. read more

We picked up lobster rolls from Mr. Bill's and picnicked in the park. It was perfect. They were substantial and at an excellent price. They also had some history of OOB displayed on their wall, which was nice to read while we waited for our food. We will be returning here during our next trip to OOB! read more

I respectfully gave this "Under New Ownership Location " a three star mainly for the customer service . The two people that I've always seen going to the convenience store side are always so friendly ! I know they must be starting to make a name for the restaurant portion and have been going through there trial and error run for sometime now . I've eaten here twice so far . The first being not great and being refunded and treated with professionalism regarding our food being not cooked fully (Pizza) . Second being tonight , staff mentioned something about a special when I had being buying some beverages . So I was just getting out of work and thought sure why not . Ordered a shrimp dinner ( being very hesitant but hopeful based off of my first experience ) waited for the food to be done . Overheard one of the cooks being spoken too about not frying foods the right way .. No big deal everyone needs training I thought . Get home and notice that the bag it was in was creating so much moisture and heat . Thinking to myself that there's coleslaw and cocktail sauce in the container that the fries and shrimp are in ..... At this point still holding hope . Try the fries and all you can taste is oil , crunchy but overall flavorless . Than I try the shrimp mind you it looks like chicken fingers look like at a Chinese food restaurant. Same scenario oily , crunchy , and flavorless . If I didn't have the cocktail sauce I would have thrown the whole thing out . So second chance with this location and probably won't have a third to be honest . I'll stick to buying my beer and energy drinks here at the store side but won't be getting any food . These guys actually do one thing exceptionally well - buffalo pizza. It is amazingly flavorful. They top it with blue cheese dressing. The thickness of the dough works very well this pie. We also tried a pepperoni pizza. Awful. But since their buffalo pizza is so outstanding they get three stars. read more

I am a local , and this is by far the best delivery pizza in old orchard. One of the few places open year round that offers delivery. They have delicious lobster rolls, the subs are loaded to the top on fresh bread and the pizzas are 3 dimensional (they have depth). Any local will tell you to try the buffalo chicken pizza and I agree. I like to add bacon to the buffalo chicken. I've had almost every specialty pizza they offer and you can't go wrong with any of them. read more

The pizza is ok, the salad was alright, and the crab cake was decent. The pizza had a good amount of melted mozzarella and the crust had a nice chewy texture, however the overall taste lacked flavor. Perhaps they forgot the salt. The 2 employees were friendly and working hard completing orders. The restaurant is attached to a gas station/convenience store. The staff at Mr Bill's ruined this experience for me before it began. New to the area, the delivery options are limited compared to Portland. I was driving behind the delivery van for Mr Bill's and decided to make a quick call. After checking out the online menu I had a few questions. The person on the phone was a rude older male who was bothered by the fact I called. I was trying to gage delivery times at a certain time of day and pizza sizes ect. After half a minute I was told he had customers and was referred to the website. I personally won't be ordering from them. I'm sure they're busy enough to not miss my business. Looking for lunch delivery to our hotel on a beach/pool day. Food very good for takeout. Clam strips, which are usually thin and over fried, were big and delicious. Nice surprise, very fast service. I am a local and must say that the new owners of Mr. Bills are doing things right! The owner is very good at customer service, as are his staff. The Fish and Chips dinner is very good and you get a pound of fresh Haddock...yummmm...the sweet and spicy chicken bacon pizza is great as well. The best pizza in Old Orchard Beach. (period). I've been vacationing in the area for almost 20 years, and this is the only pizza place I order from. My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza (sweet sauce), but a close second is the Hawaiian pizza. Yum. Yum. The restaurant itself is very unassuming, but definitely a hidden gem. If you're not in the mood for pizza, the menu also has seafood, sandwiches and salads (my grandma loves their clam cake deli roll). Staff is friendly and when they quote you a time for pick-up, you can bet it will be ready. read more

We ordered a lobster roll that was so awful I didn't want to feed it to my dog, so in the trash it went. My husband ordered a small pizza and said it tasted like a cheap frozen pizza. The only thing that was edible was the crab cakes, and for the price we paid for this I am far from happy! They claim to have best buffalo pizza around. Afraid not. The toppings are OK at best but the cardboard crust taste like its been frozen before hand. They also claim pizza 10" its 8 at best. Its priced accordingly however. I'd rather spend a couple more bucks on a good pie! read more
