Happy hour "Dine and unwind" - very cool
    Debbie H.

Italian is my favorite type of food so I was excited to this, near my hotel. I stopped by rather early for dinner - it was a travel day and I was starving. That meant I got to take advantage of happy hour menu and pricing. The fresh bread was a great way to start. The house wine is good as well. My waitress was friendly enough, although as a solo diner, I did feel a bit rushed. Opted for the Shrimp Scampi which was delicious. Plenty of food. Fair price. Comfortable environment. Fast service. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Went for a dinner. The food was fine. Admittedly I went with fish and not steak or a heavier dish since I had a decent size lunch. The citrus glazed salmon was ok. It was definitely on the sweet side and did not have any heat to balance it out. I did have a side of broccoli and it was cooked well and simple with the right amount of salt and peppers Some folks did order the mahi mahi and steaks, they all seemed very happy with those meals with a special mention to the mahi mahi. Server was super nice.

Went in solo after recommendations from a few people. I thought, incorrectly, it was a super fancy restaurant. While the ambiance is a bit nicer it is still a casual dining experience. I sat at the bar. The night I was there the beer taps were literally frozen a little disappointing but not the end of the world. The staff that greeted me were friendly. The bartender did a great job answering questions and providing some recommendations. I went with the Milano Salad and Toasted Ravioli I wasn't overly hungry. The salad was plenty filling and they have their own house dressing that is great. The toasted ravioli was good as well. Definitely going to come back and would recommend others give it shot. Prices were reasonable.

Outstanding local mom & pop gourmet comfort spot! The food is exceptional in quality and flavor. The cocktails are inspired. Service is attentive. "Happy hour" 3-5:30 on weekdays features an entree with sides and salad with a glass of house wine or soft drink for $20! I was also here for Martini Monday with $7 Martinis and select apps. Service was caring and personal - they gave me a voucher for a free pasta on my next visit. Provel Cheese sauce is to die for and the Milano salad was delish.

Excellent! I'm on a quest to find the great restaurants on the Illinois side of the river! Too many times I find myself driving to Missouri in order to experience great food and service. Mission accomplished with this one! First, the customer service is awesome! We felt welcomed and our needs were attended to. In addition, the food and drinks were great! My Cajun chicken pasta was delicious! The tiramisu martini was a 10! The oil that comes with the bread is superb. I can't wait to return!

It had a few slices of pizza and appetizer I wanted for the next day. ( it was already tossed ) but dang that was fast how it happened. Overall service was good as always. Wasn't overall crowded. Had just the right amount of people flow. To end our dinner we did try a red velvet cake together. Wasn't too shabby. They have other dessert options like salted caramel cheese cake and a chocolate mousse one to be exact.

The acoustics make it kinda hard to hear what the person across from you is saying, and the wooden chairs are not comfortable at all. Our server was a very bubbly young lady named Emma, who did a great job taking care of us. I had two glasses of wine and we ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer, a house salad each, and we both had the filet entree. I loved it all, but my husband thought there was too much sauce on the sprouts and wasn't crazy about the salad. He loved the entree though. We got the tiramisu for dessert, and took it home with us. The portions are big, so we had some sprouts and I had some steak leftover. I'm looking forward to having it for dinner again tonight!! We will definitely be back.
