I had been going here for a couple of years and it was the only place I had gotten neuromodulators. Recently I decided to try a different company and found out that Bella MD had either been seriously overcharging me or not using the product correctly. I went from paying for 110-130 units of dysport at Bella to only getting 52 units at the new place I went and results at new place are amazing. Sad to say that it seems like I was likely getting charged for a lot more units than they were actually injecting. read more

The employees are nice but the service I received has scared my face for life! I got a chemical peel something called VI chemical peel and it ruined my face. My face now has black spot all over it. It broke me out so bad and also burned my skin around the mouth area. I have done a chemical peel before in the past and I figured this would be the same but I guess this one was stronger. I even asked them if they have done anything to African American skin before and I was told yes. So I rushed into getting it done. Biggest regret ever. My skin before this was fine. Please be aware, I recommend do not get a chemical peel especially if u are of darker skin tone. Check out pics to see my end results. I am still dealing with it and trying every avenue to try to rectify my face back to normal. Do research first and make sure this is absolutely necessary before making a decision to get something done to ur face such as a chemical peel. It is not worth running ur face if there was nothing wrong to begin with. I felt the major end game was to make money from me and no one was worried about the outcome or damage to my skin. Annie is absolutely amazing. She listens and provides really good feedback and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with your results. I went to see her for two reasons, I had deep lines across my cheeks and felt my lips were not proportionate. I was nervous about the process of getting fillers, and expected it to be somewhat painful. I get Botox at my doctor's office and it hurts, so I expected the same. I was SO wrong! Annie made sure my face was very numb and I felt no pain at all for each injection, just some slight pressure. After she filled one of my cheek lines, she showed me in the mirror and I saw the person I wanted to be. I was in tears with happiness. She completely got rid of my "tired" look. For my lips, I had my upper lip filled just a little, to balance out with my big bottom lip. I love my new lips, and my upper lip no longer disappears when I smile really big. It's perfect. Annie went with Vollure in my upper lip and and Voluma in my cheeks. The entire time she made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I can't say enough about how amazing my results are, and how much I look forward to seeing her again for any followup treatments. PDO POWERHOUSE!!!! We only have one face! I met Annie after being referred to her to fix a PDO thread that was improperly placed by another MedSpa up north. The MedSpa let me know that they were not qualified to take the string out of my face. But thank God for Annie who conservatively and painlessly made the string disappear! After realizing the quality of work she provides and the knowledge of injectables that I am not familiar with I will never let anyone sculpt and Design my features other than Annie. I can't help but praise about this place. Again, this time I had Annie to maintain my youth. At first, I was just thinking about doing a hydrafacial but Annie saw my skinny hands and she suggested restylane Lyft. What a great product! I have used Radiasse to my hands before for hands rejuvenation, it lasted a while but they were painful. Restylane Lyft is so much better. It did not create lumps or bumps and it smoothed out quickly. I am so happy with my nice looking hands now, Annie is awesome. She was gentle and she numbed me well before she did the injection. She is knowledgeable and her technique is superb. I will go back again probably for the restylane to fill my tear trough next time since my friend told me Annie is great with tear trough injection! I've gone to Bella MD once, and called to book again today. I was so presently surprised by the professionalism, genuine kindness, and quality of my treatment there. After visiting a few Laser-in-a-box places, I had low expectations of laser clinics. I assumed anything I could afford wouldn't be great. I purchased a Groupon for Bella MD, and was very pleased. They included a laser treatment that I had paid for separately before ($250 at my dermatologist and $75 at Skin Spa Med). The technician was so gentle in nature, that if offset the sting of the laser. I was reminded today, when I called, how lovely they are. I had numerous questions, and the woman who answered was so kind and patient with me. It's the kind of service and care we all want to experience every day. I got my lips done with Annie and she absolutely plumped my lips perfectly. We did mine in increments so that there wouldn't be a drastic change in my face after one day. At first I was so scared that they wouldn't look natural and that is why I started with half, then I wanted to come back a week later for the other half because I loved it so much. I wrote this review WAAY too soon based on their requirement to get a discount. The canula - BAD idea. You cannot be precise and it can cause scarring I have learned. It also gave me a weird line of filler from my under eyes to both my cheeks that thank God after 10 mos has almost completely disappeared. It made it sooo obvious I had filler. The PDO threads - COMPLETE waste of money. Did absolutely NOTHING other than drain my bank account. I will never do that torture treatment again. My lips - the filler bled outside almost the entire line of my upper lip and I had a HUGE bulge on one side of my lower lip and there was a massive empty gap in the middle of my lower lip. There were whiteish/blueish spots almost wormlike visilble on my lips where you could see where the filler was deposited by the canula - was AWFUL. There were lumps EVERYWHERE. I kept calling BellaMD the first and second weeks after and they kept putting me off like I was just a paranoid first timer and to "wait". Finally they gave me an appointment and Annie flaked and contacted me last minute to say she could only do it over Skype. I think I was her only appt and she just didn't want to come in. She immediately saw the ghastly results and scheduled me to come in and do an assessment and determine how many injections would be needed to reverse the freak show she created. I wish I had saved the pics but I deleted them from my phone so my kids wouldn't accidentally see them. I had over 20+ excruciatingly painful injections in my upper and lower lip in attempt to reverse the horrifying results. They were black/purple/red/blue and painful for days! They offered a free filler injection in my smile line to cover my out of pocket expense for HORRIFYING results. I now realize - my smile line got deeper b/c of her lack of skill doing the cheek injections. She did it all in the front of my cheek giving me zero cheekbone and putting all the weight in front pushing down to create a deeper smile line. I didn't want to admit it to myself, but I started to realize how much skill she lacked when I went for my sister's consult. She was suggesting filler all over the place with ridiculous explanation of what it would do. Thank God my sister had more sense and didn't schedule anything with her. I went back to my surgeon about a month ago (9 mos later) with my tail between my legs and told him what I had done and he started the "fix" of the terrible results yesterday. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes with what would have taken her over an hour, and I couldn't be happier! I will not trust my face to anyone else going forward. I will only recommend HIM to my friends and will tell them to stay AWAY from Annie! I am not even sure that he is more expensive but if he is - it is WORTH IT!! And I got an email from her in mid-September that she was leaving BellaMD. It just seemed weird like "contact me so you can follow me to my next place of business" which seems kind of unethical, but the email stated "This letter is not a solicitation; simply a means for you to contact me if needed." Hmmmm... I will say that she can be a very nice person. So nice that it can feel kind of fake but I do think it is genuine. I don't mean to blast her here, but if I had seen a review like this I would have thought twice before going to her and maybe would have avoided my terrible experience. I see now why they want you to submit a review so quickly to get a discount. I regret going to her and I do not recommend her. read more

Went in and saw Sarah for my first Hydrafacial and I absolutely loved it! Groupon had an amazing deal going for first time customers and I thought it was a great way to try out a treatment for the first time at a % of the price. Let me tell you, I'll definitely be going back for more. Sarah was really friendly and knowledgeable. She explained thoroughly how the entire process worked, and as she was performing the facial, she kept you updated on what she was going to do next. I personally like to know what is being applied to my face because it gives me an idea of what the treatment is all about (rather than just slathering on random creams). I was very comfortable with asking Sarah questions about my skin and telling her what problems I was seeing. Without pushing anything on me, she was able to make several recommendations for me. My results from the Hydrafacial were amazing. My skin was noticeably smoother and polished after my treatment. Couple weeks later, I am still enjoying the results and have not had any blemishes since! I wouldn't recommend it. They pumped my face with 50 units of botox, which was completely unnecessary, and then presented me with a $700 bill. Never asked me if j wanted that much or told me before they started the procedure that they were going to inject so much of it.
