My go-to hair salon woohoo Macy always do a good job in making sure I feel relaxed and got my hair back in shape after each visit. I usually just simply stop by for a shampoo, she gave the best massage ever for such a good price. That's why I always made sure to leave good tips for all the effort she put in. Once a month, I will have my hair layered and trim the flying bang a bit. She never disappointed me. She made sure the length, the style is up to my like and sometimes gave out her expertise to make sure my hair suits me. I went from box dye to honey blonde, and it turned out so beautiful! The whole process was such a nice experience -- everyone treated me so well and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Love love my haircut!! Macy was my hair stylist and also the new owner. She is so sweet and put lots of love into shampooing my hair, straightening my hair and then doing the butter fly cut. I asked her to keep my length and add layers which she did. She even added some oil which made my hair shiny and soft at the end. Overall great experience. For the price, I think Macy goes above and beyond. Shampoo and cut is $40. I could be wrong but pretty sure she is offering women hair cut for only $20 (don't quote me because I did both shampoo and cut so I don't know the individual price for hair cut) I did a walk in on a Sunday and it was great. She said most people don't know they're now open Sundays! I personally would do an appointment in the future to avoid any potential waiting but again, they do both appointments and walk ins. read more

I totally love this salon and very picky on who does my hair. I got my hair cut last week and the color today. It's a big shift on how I usually cut and color my hair. The end result is just so beautiful and very happy with everything. Linda is so amazing! I showed her style and color of the hair I would love to get. She walked me through the whole process and gave her suggestions, which I'm glad to have taken it to consideration. Future clients, All you get to do is bring few pictures of the color and style ideas you like for her to work the magic into your features. Just went for my first time. Macy was lovely and very fun. She cut my hair, trimmed my beard, washed and massaged my whole face and head. I was in heaven. I just moved to West Seattle a couple weeks ago and needed a change in hairstyle real bad... however I've been kind of lazy about it and literally I woke up this morning, searched on Yelp and decided on a spontaneous pick of the day! Normally I have trauma from really bad haircuts from my past experiences however, I had a good feeling about today! I found Bella Hair & Spa and gave her a call around 930 AM and asked if I could schedule a last-minute walk in appointment at 12 and she said she can squeeze me in! I was excited but nervous at the same time because I hadn't really done the thorough research I normally would do! The woman in fading yellow hair shouted at me! Today I just came in to get an estimated quote of highlights/dying my natural black hair. The owner said it would dye my full head of hair. I was curious if balayage would be needed to achieve the different layers of the greyish color as I showed the pic of the hair color I wanted. Then it wouldn't mean the full head of hair then. She suddenly shouted at me "get out! I don't have time for you!" I was scared! She seemed to be very unstable in temperament and always angry to a potential customer. I went to this salon because I saw the positive reviews. My advice is if you have curly hair and want a good cut do NOT go to this place. I think they don't know how to cut curly hair and only work on straight or Asian hair. The owner flat ironed my hair straight and proceeded to cut it dry and when it was straight. Obviously not seeing how my hair curls and to cut it accordingly. They don't even shampoo your hair! It was a horrible cut. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

This has been the first time that I went to a hair salon in a while as we just moved to the area and because of covid. I wasn't quite sure how exactly I wanted my hair to look like but Linda, the owner was very knowledgable and combined my idea to an art piece. Not only was the cut and coloring done quick, I love how it came out. I never actually went blonde, my hair is /was brown all my life but because of Linda's knowledge I took a leap of faith and followed her vision. I am so happy with my hair style now. Hey came in thinking I had an appointment but the communication was mixed up so they weren't expecting me, however they took me in since there were no appointments yet. I just got a quick hair wash and trim, plus fixing my bangs. This entire process took less than 20 minutes and the lady cutting my hair was quick and efficient. She did not judge me like most Vietnamese salons do, giving their unwanted input, so I appreciated that. I should've told her I had a gift certificate but I knew most people don't get good service if they say that, so I waited until the end and she was not happy at all... I was taken back by how her mood changed but a gift certificate is still money regardless, and I tipped her. If you're in the area, I'd recommend this place. Nice and clean, and reasonable prices as well ($22 for wash+ simple haircut). I heard they were busy in the afternoons so maybe aim for a morning appointment. read more
