Today I went into the new salon that's been open for about a week, 30% off all services! I walked in and it was beautiful and they greeted me so kindly. The greeters were so sweet and speak very well English! They seated me after I found a color from such a variety. They bring out a custom tray just for what you ask for, then they offer you a drink, I even saw a slurped machine of some sort! They are completely up to date and everything about it was amazing. I went in to get the dip nails with tip on since I managed to chip one of my nails yesterday. My regular salon is closed on Sundays and I don't have anyone to watch my kids on the weekdays, so I went in to this salon. I've heard so many people rave about it but also heard people complain about the price. I figured with the high prices, they must be good. I'm super OCD about my nails, and well..I'm giving this place 2 stars only because the place looked really nice and they offer beverages to you. The color of my nails are amazing, but that has nothing to do with the skill of the technician. On their "about" section, they guarantee quality service from skilled technicians and that you'd leave with a satisfactory result. Well I left with UNSATISFACTORY results as their "highly skilled nail tech" put on 3 nails sideways on my nails. When I told her that they were sideways, she told me it was the way my natural nails were. She proceeded to roughly show me how my natural nails supposedly were sideways, which they aren't. I've had dip powder on my nails with tips and they weren't sideways. She did offer to take them off and reapply, but I didn't have time for that nor do I have time to come back this week either, unless I bring my kids with me. They should have done it right the first time, that's why we pay them to do our nails. If I wanted this bad of a nail job, I would have done them myself. I guess my lesson was learned. I should have just waited until my regular nail salon opened to have them do my nails the right way. At least they took 20% off for a botched job. Even then, I paid too much for nails I don't even like. I wouldn't go here, save your money and go to Milluxury Nails Spa in Lynnwood. WAY BETTER skill and more color selection. read more

Bad treatment!! There is a younger gentleman there who delivered me the worst service I've ever had. This is my SECOND horrible interaction with him. From the very start he seemed extremely unhappy to be doing my nails. He did not listen to what I was asking for. Seemed VERY annoyed when I changed my mind about the ombré he was doing on my nails (it was looking bad) he took it personally and told me he's been doing nails for years and everybody is happy with his nail work. He was very harsh with the way he manipulated my hands. Sometimes tapping my fingers that were in his way or issuing a harsh delivery "put your finger down" (no smile). When I told him I was not happy with his treatment or the nail design, I asked very nicely to start over. He stood up and told me he didn't want to do my nails either. Right there in front of everyone. The other ladies tried to make up for his embarrassing reaction. Apologizing for his treatment of me. My question is why is he allowed to do nails or work with customers?? I'd love for the owner to contact me to explain. Until then, I'm gonna look for another place to go. Again- the ladies are wonderful. Young thin gentlemen should not be working with people. I spoke with the very nice check/in lady about him. Not sure what she will do about it. If I drive by and see him doing nails, then that means they don't care. The two stars are because of him! From now on, I will only work with Nancy and that's IF I come back. read more

I was given a gift certificate to this place and decided to use it last week before I went on vacation. The place was beautiful and even had a soda machine and a slurpee machine. As soon I picked my color they sat me down and one girl took my feet for my pedicure and the other took my hands to do my shellac... good first impression... but then the entire time they didn't speak one word to me they either were conversating back and forth in a language I didn't understand or silent.. the gal who did my feet didn't do too bad of a job. But the one who did my hands was not only especially rude but she did a really bad job. There was noticeable space in between my cuticle and and the color on my nail, one was especially bad so I asked her nicely to redo it. She told me it was because of my cuticles (which they were charging me extra to cut). I said no please redo that it doesn't look good...she continued to argue until the other said something in another language to her and she grouchily re did it stating "there!" When she finished. I don't care to tip people who provide bad service but I still went ahead and did it for some reason (not the normal, because I wasn't happy, but I suppose I didn't want to be rude in return) I'm 90% positive as soon as they thought I was all the way out they door they started talking bad about me and my tip I left, and the only reason I'm not sure is because they said it half in English and half in their first language. . But it definitelt sounded like bad talking.. anyway 1 week later my nails look like a 3 week grow out. They charge top dollar, provided bad service and didn't do a good job. read more

this used to be my go-to spot for pedis. but in the past few months it seems to be under new management.. for the worse. sure, they serve wine & margaritas now, but that purpose could be getting you tipsy so you don't care as much when someone is rough when your feet, ripping your cuticles out & nipping at the skin. & maybe you won't notice that they left one of your BIG toe nails unclipped, or that the nail polish you picked out is clumpy (things i didn't notice until i left aka the wine wore off). these sloppy jobs could be due to the fact that not a single nail tech in there looks happy. they seem overworked & are quite grumpy. this place is a bummer now. extra star the fond memories tho. read more

Overall, this is a really great nail salon compared to others I have been to. I've never had a manicure, but I typically get a pedicure and upper lip waxing. The salon is really pretty, clean, and everyone is really nice. I've been to this salon 4 or 5 times and have really enjoyed it each time. Last week I went to get a pedicure and upper lip wax, and the lady that did my waxing burned my lip extremely bad. I now have about an inch burn to the right of my lip and it looks horrible. I'm hoping this heals properly and I'm not left with a permanent scar on my face. My review is for people to be aware of the waxing they do here. I do like the salon and will probably return for pedicures but I will definitely stray away from the waxing and encourage others to do the same. read more

Ive been coming to this nail salon for a couple months now. The first few times I was very happy. I had nothing bad to say at all but the last 2 times ive been in im not pleased at all. I came in on Wednesday to get a fill with shellac on top. While heading home i realized all my nails were completely uneven and the shellac was all smudged and bubbled looking Just awful. I almost turned around to have her fix but had somewhere to be so i just decided to come back over the weekend when I had more time. I stopped back in today (Sunday) and showed the guy at the counter and asked if they could fix them. He said no problem. I sit down a couple different gals stopped by asking what did I need then to do. I explained and showed them they said ok we will have to do shellac over. The woman told me just wait and someone else will help me. A man comes over ( older guy) and ask me to pick the color. I showed him the color ( same color I originally had on) I also told him I coming back in to fix these nails. he proceeds to "fix" my nails. He totally messed up my shape even worse than before and he hurt one of my fingers so bad. He was very rough. I won't even go into detail on everything but it was just horrible!!! It looks like a 5 year old tried shaping My nails ALL nails are crooked and not one single one looks like the other. At this point I just wanted to be done and out of there. He finished and tells me I owe him $22. Ummmmm no. I told him i came in to get these nails fixed since i was just in the other day. He told me " no you picked a different color" i told him i picked the same exact color as before. He tried to argue with me and say no you need pay for these services i gave you" i ended up talking to the original guy that was at the counter and asked why is he saying I owe money again. All in all He ended up taking care of it and said he will talk to the guy that did my nails but He didn't apologized or anything. As im almost in tears from frustration of my nails looking worse than before and all this added drama! I do not appreciate the treatment I was given and the rude attitudes. I always tip very well and all I wanted was my nails fixed. My nails look like crap I will be taking my bussiness else where for now on. Very disappointed!!!!! read more

Worst gel manicure ever!!! I would give it zero stars, if possible. I was in the area for training this week and decided to try out this salon because it had decent reviews. I walked in and was impressed by the greeting and the salon itself is beautiful. They offered me a complimentary drink and sat me down. The gal who was doing my nails didn't communicate well in English, but that doesn't really bother me. What bothers me is when I specifically tell them to be careful because I have deep nail beds and then get sliced so hard my finger won't stop bleeding. For the first time ever, I actually shrieked in pain. She immediately started to apologize, but that didn't help. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't like to make a scene and I'm usually willing to let it slide. BUT IT WOULDN'T STOP BLEEDING. At this point, I'm worried about getting an infection. She got something to help stop the bleeding and it worked temporarily. I should have stopped her and just walked out. But I didn't. She proceeded to finish giving me a French gel manicure. Not sure if she was just off her game because she cut me already, but she proceeded to give me the worst French manicure. I kept asking her to clean it up, wipe the white stuff off the tips of my fingers, pry my fingernail from my finger tip, as they kept sticking together. Ugh. I just wanted to get it over with. Again, my fault I didn't just walk out. After applying the stuff to help me stop bleeding for the third time, she was done and so was I. No tip...I shouldn't have even paid for the manicure. After I left, I kept steaming and finding more stuff wrong. Bumps all over the tops of my nails. French white polish all over my finger tips, but not all the way across my nail, where it should be. Stuff sticking out. Just really bad. I totally regret not making a scene and demanding they remove the gel and refund my money. No more gel manicures for me. I'm tired of paying for people to poke and cut me and then have to go home and redo it all myself. I'm done. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!! read more

I have been a regular here for a few years now and there were a few occasions where the service has been less than what I had expected and other times where the service has been amazing. This last visit left me less than satisfied (once again) as I had asked for a luxury pedicure and nail art at the beginning before the service was started. I showed the technician the design and although she said she couldn't do it, she said she could find someone who could. At the end of the appointment she asked the owner and asked around and apologized that no one could do the design. It was a simple flower that other technicians in the salon had done before and so I felt I wasn't asking for too much. I'm not faulting the technician completely as the color and the manicure was what I had asked for and she was up front with her abilities to do what I asked but the fact that the management did nothing to help her resolve her dilemma in the situation is what is disappointing. I don't expect perfection every time but in a business where services is your product, I would expect that management and the owners would assist to make the customer service experience satisfactory their highest priority. Being busy is not an excuse for unsatisfactory service. I will reconsider taking my business elsewhere from this point on. read more

First time coming to this place and I was really excited to try it. I've been trying to find my own nail place to consistently visit. I asked for a full set with French tip and was quoted a price on the phone. I filled out the request sheet when I came in and it was given to my tech. It seems that he was in a hurry and was very rough with my nails. I had to consistently remind him of the shape and length. When I went to check out I was charged an additional fee for a special powder that he used. I told them it would've been nice to know that during the service, I don't have a problem paying more I just want to be notified. My nails look like they had a one-week grow out about two days later, they were sore for about three days after my full set application. When I moved here from Greenwood area I was looking for a nail salon that did a good job, had atmosphere, was a small business, and decent prices. Took me a while but Bella Dulce fits the bill! I've had great experiences with them, the atmosphere feels really luxurious and classy, there are many options, and they really make you feel valued. The reason I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5 is that I've had a couple times now (yesterday included) where my session felt rushed. They had me pay before the service was over (which I get that it's to "protect your nails") but I was left with the lady watching me determine the tip amount, rushed with the finishing coat of color and top coat, left with my hands in front of a fan which last time left ripples in my nails, and this time I ended up getting scratches on them when I left. I would definitely prefer waiting patiently for my nails to dry, even under the UV if needed, and then pay in confidence that my nail service is complete and I can leave without scratches or ripples. This is twice now that it's happened, twice in a row actually! Before that it's been a perfect experience. So don't let them rush you, even if they're busy. read more

Switched to this place after the one I had gone to for a year really started to lack in quality. I walked in and thought I was WAY under dressed - it is so pretty and will make anyone feel like they are at an upscale place. They were very welcoming and I LOVED that they had you fill out a form that says what you are getting done - takes away from confusion. I was seated immediately and offered - water, tea, soda, or a slushy which was very nice. The tech came over immediately and started working. He didn't talk much but when he did he was very polite and funny. The place was packed for a Monday morning and it sounds like they have several people who are regulars ( I heard multiple people making appointments for two or three weeks out). Only downside.. bring cash or a check for a tip since you can not add it onto the total when they run a card. Very reasonably priced. 18 dollars for a fill and two nails to be fixed. read more

A guy was doing my toe polishing, and he cut my skin near by my toe off, which caused a heavy bleeding. And he didn't really do something to clean up the blood but did say sorry. Although it stopped bleeding after a while, on my way back home, the blood kept bleeding out again. It was such a bad experience. read more

I really had my hopes up for this salon! it's extremely appealing decor, free refreshments, and that its directly across for our condo. Thursday (1/14/16) I went in for a pedicure, and manicure with shellac. I spent $60 and not even 3 days later the shellac was chipping and my nails were breaking. I posted pictures of day 5, and only 1day of work. I would hope they would fix it if I was to stop by. But with a 6m old at home, this isn't so easy. Should be done right the first time. I went to Bella Dolche last night for perhaps the 20th time and once again came away shaking my head. I went for a pedicure and brow wax. It seems there are two types of people working there: friendly and VERY UNFRIENDLY. Unfortunately you know who makes the biggest impression. And so it was with my pedicurist; she didn't even speak to me, no acknowledgement, nothing. When she was done she just got up and walked away. And the pedicure reflected her attitude. (I'll be going somewhere else for a polish change next week.) Others who work there are like her and obviously don't give a ---- about the customer. Also, it's the same people who are friendly and unfriendly. Once you know who they are you roll your eyes in dismay when you get stuck with one of them (why me?) and just power through it hoping what they do is better than their attitude. Usually it isn't. There are a few -only a few- who are friendly and treat you nicely, but it's become so hit and (mostly) miss that I've decided to stop going there and try someplace else where they want your business. I had a deluxe manicure and pedicure. It is one step up from regular but is well worth the extra few dollars. Great service. As a nurse I appreciate how clean it was including sterilized instruments and use of a plastic bag liner in the pedicure tub. All of the lotions were in individual sections on a divided plate. Free soda or slurpee. Relaxed atmosphere. Didn't feel rushed. Price compared with the last salon I have gone to for years is very similar for the services requested. Great experience. I had a coupon so I decided to treat myself to the most expensive pedicure. It was worth it! It lasted for more than an hour, included masks and massages and felt really good all the way. The nail techs use trays for their tools which looks great with flowers on them. Came here with my brother for brother sister bonding time, yea my brother is cooler than your brother. I'd been wanting to go since I could see it looked pretty on the outside.
