I did a flight and tried the honey, the apple, the kilted barrel cast, and the Wapsie. Overall, I thought they were all pretty decent. The kilted definitely has a lot of peak and drinks very closely to a scotch. The honey one for me was my favorite and I ended up buying a bottle to bring home. My husband got an old-fashioned made with the Wapsie. He enjoyed it but liked it even more after the ice melted a bit. We were a little surprised that they close so early on a Monday but they close even earlier on Sundays so highly recommend that you pay attention to the operating hours if you're planning to visit.
