Asics came out and saw that our shower needed (little out of the ordinary) cartridges, they sourced out the parts, picked them up and for a FRACTION of what the other company was going to charge we had a repaired shower again This father/son team are very professional, HONEST, very friendly and will gladly answer your questions. I sent message and when they called me back he said that wires than went into old hw heater were melted together so they pulled them apart and that I probably have short so I need to call electrician. So 2300.00 later and 1 day and I got a pretty new hot water heater but still have no hot water.
