Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. If they fix something, it stays fixed, if we ask for professional advice, they always give it with the emphasis on what's best for us, not what they can sell us. Homeowner repairs are rarely cheap, so I feel we always get great service and value when we do have to get items fixed.
