If you don't want to read all of this, the TLDR is....if you need a plumber you can trust, call…read moreNate. I can't say enough GREAT things about Nate and Piped Rite Plumbing! I would recommend Nate to anyone and everyone who requires plumbing work. He's absolutely meticulous, overly critical of his own work and you can see he takes pride in what he does, it seems to be getting harder to find a tradesman who has that level of pride in what they do. He really loves it, geeks out on it. That, on top of fair pricing, prompt timing, and overall just a great friendly personality makes what used to be stressful into something I don't mind so much anymore, knowing that I've got THE GUY that's gonna take care of it, and he's gonna do it "RITE" :D . I found Nate initially when I had a pinhole leak in a pipe in my slab foundation, he was the last plumber I talked to and by then I had gotten 4 bids and was about to make a decision, I almost cancelled the appointment but I figured one more couldn't hurt, Nate's professionalism blew all the others away, hired on the spot, scheduled to repair the next morning. Not only did he fix the problem but had prevention recommendations to help prevent similar issues in the future. I didn't feel like just another number, now I just call Nate whenever I am in need of his awesome skillset. Thus far he's rerun a hot water line in my home, installed a water softener system, installed a tankless water heater with hot water recirculation (instant hot water), detected and repaired a leak in my front yard that was dumping a literal swimming pool worth of water in the dirt, and fixed a similar leak at my mother in laws house. I know no one actually enjoys the process of getting bids but if there's anyone I reccommend you get a bid from, it's Nate.

They consistently give me peace of mind knowing my properties are in good hands. My grandmother (70+) years of age trusted them to install a new unit for her manufactured home. The crew installed the incorrect system that was made for a much smaller home and not able to perform at her homes square footage. As this awful heat came In and she quickly realized the issue Antoine gave her the run around. He told her it's her insulation or he was in the hospital or his crew wasn't ready. Once he finally realized she wasn't going to give up he said he ordered a new unit for her to install free of cost due to the mistake. That was two weeks ago and is forwarding all calls. For the rest of our community I will be going to the better business bureau to make a formal complaint so they can be correctly audited to ensure they are a credible business. We paid it without complaint since we don't have the time or energy to fight with him, deciding to just write it off as a learning experience and never use this crook again. I've learned that you should watch your wallet when you have a vendor shoving his religion in your face, like Justin does with his phony "have a blessed day" phone messages. He and people like him are just trying to convince you how righteous and honest and pious and trustworthy they are, blah, blah, blah, to lull you into trusting them. It's all so phony and transparent. There is no excuse for mixing supposed religion and business, and making a calculated and deliberate show of it. Again, watch your wallet.
