Comfort AC is responsive, my only complaint is labor rates. When we need service I schedule for next day normal work hours. They are quick to show up from my requests, but if they come at 5:15 be prepared to pay a hefty labor bill. Last trip to replace another capacitor on a unit took 30 minutes and was charged $214. This has happened more than once. Called to discuss but was told that was their flat rate. Good guys, responsive, but opportunistic, beware.
