I received good quality service from Pair plumbing for septic tank emptying. I was unaware you should empty your tank every few years and so ours was completely full. I was also unaware that during the time my mother's Alzheimer's was in the last stages, that over those years she was flushing all sundry of things down the commode that should not have been. I'm amazed our whole system wasn't plugged. The owners very very pleasant about everything and I feel I received a great price and value for the service they provided. He's also attempting to circumvent Yelp's block feature by sending me argumentative "compliments" because I told him I would not be a party to a conversation online with someone threatening frivolous lawsuits. He seems to be a paranoid delusional, or, at the very least, has the constitution and maturity of a seven year-old-boy given his reaction (threatening me with a lawsuit) over a 3-star review. My opinion, of course, but he may be dangerous to others. I had questions answered same day, they inspected our soil quickly and had all questions answered to put me at ease. I really appreciate that he (Bill) kept me up to date on all services provided and preformed. He was also able to meet at a convienent time for me. My farm is located about 20 miles from Cameron and recently all of my pipes froze and and broke due to the freeze. Pair Plumbing was the fifth company to work on the pipes in our apartment building. Before they came we were having to hire local plumbers as often as twice a week to unclog the lines. Mr. Pair came out to give us an estimate, as we had been told the pipes were sagging and cracked and needed replacing. Instead of measuring for an estimate, they first decided to investigate the problem. Besides the usual equipment, they brought along their amazing new $30K Jetter - I wonder if it's the only one in Central Texas - and their camera scope. After clearing a total blockage about 15' into the line, they found and removed a sewer head that was left in there from one of the previous plumbers! Next, with their Jetter, they cleaned about a 2" thick coating of gunk that had accumulated over the years along the entire length of the line. Upon inspecting the now-clean line, they found no breaks or dips and believe the line is in almost-new condition. They insist that we keep them informed and updated on how it is working. Pair Plumbing is knowledgeable, honest, professional. We cannot say enough good about them! There are several local plumbers and others 30 minutes away. Pair Plumbing is an hour from our location, so we must pay their travel time as well as the service call. Believe me, it is worth every penny! read more
