On December 30, 2020; movers called before arrival to let us know they were on their way and expected time for arrival. They were one minute early. Good start! Next was a tour or where furniture and moving boxes were located. Ask questions and validated what they understood. Specifically how we had numbered/coded new location for boxes and furniture with a "map/floor plan" for new location. Commenced loading the furniture with continual updates on status for loading. This was good. It should be noted that we were originally scheduled to have three personnel. Because of resource availability, they were only able to provide two people. Couldn't tell they were missing one by the pace of the loading. Upon arrival at new location, they validated "map/floor plan" for placement of furniture and boxes. Great move! Next, work commenced on bringing furniture/boxes off the truck on the first floor and delivering items to the second floor via the "freight elevator. When asked if there was anything we could do, they provided quick responses about opening doors, helping with elevator door/floor selection and graciously reminded us they were hired to do the heavy lift and to let them do that. They finished, advised that billing needed to be recalculated (savings for us) and advised of telephone contact numbers for any questions or follow-up. In summary, arrived on time, clarified what to move and where in new location, provided constant updates on progress, revised billing to actual time required and were happy to enjoy Dr. Pepper provided. It should be noted that later that evening I could not locate the two boxes that I had packed with my underwear, socks, etc. I was ready to call Bell Brothers and complain when my wife found the boxes with incorrect location and contents that I had mislabeled. Shame on me. In closing, if we ever have to move again, we will call Bell Brothers Moving first. I interviewed 7 movers for a move from Arlington, texas to san Antonio, texas. the lowest bids were from companies that either didn't bother to come and look at the household to be moved or from one crazy dude who kept me waiting while he did business from his car before coming into our home. the higher bids were from reputable companies that had good reviews from different sites I had consulted ahead of time. bell brothers movers' quote was right in the middle price-wise. regan came out to look at our household and was the most thorough of all. she looked in every nook and cranny and in both garages where we had additional items stored. this impressed me a lot. she sat with me and answered all of my questions. she was very professional and again, very thorough and knowledgeable. mark, mike and jimmy did the actual move and were on time and friendly. they worked supremely hard and were very, very polite young men. when my husband's desk wouldn't fit through a doorway, they attempted to take it apart to get it to the room we wanted. since parts of the desk were glued, we gave up and settled on a different space for that piece of furniture. wow! these guys were amazing and would have done just about anything to meet our needs. they were neat and clean and even rinsed off their hand trucks at the end of the move so they woundn't dirty the interior of their rig. my husband and I have moved 6 times in the last 5 years due to his governmental work transfers. this was by far the BEST moving company we have EVER worked with and it was truly the least stressful move we have experienced. the price regan quoted was right on the money and extremely fair. they surpassed my expectations in all regards. These guys are amazing! I have now used them 3 times. Once for a whole house move and twice when I had to have furniture relocated in order to have floors replaced in my master bedroom. Each time, the crew (Mike, Mark and Ruben) arrived on time, after giving me a 30 minute "we're on the way" call, introduced themselves upon arrival and went to work. They efficiently and professionally packed, wrapped and loaded all my belongings and delivered them to my new location on time and in perfect condition. They unloaded, set up and even re-arranged a few things when I changed my mind, and did it quickly and with great care. The entire crew was friendly and easy to work with, and, most importantly, really knew what they were doing. I did not have one missing, broken or damaged item....not one. And every piece of furniture, including the adjustable electric bed, was put together flawlessly and positioned just as I asked. They even put felt pads on the furniture feet so my new wood floors wouldn't get scratched. I have now used Bell Brothers Moving & Storage 4 times. Every move was performed with extreme care to my possessions, and they packed my storage unit so it is very easy to access things, front to back. My personal mover, Mark, is absolutely the best. Very careful attention to all detail. Tries to move items and pack the truck so that it saves time for the customer. I won't have anyone but Mark and his helper, Chris, come help us with small and large moves in the future. One time, they just came and moved big items around in our house because my fiance` and I were physically unable to do it ourselves. I had such an amazing experience with Bell Brothers. My husband and I had so many questions about everything from the very start and the Bell team made sure to answer every one and made us feel like we were in great hands! We used Bell Brothers moving just after Christmas and the move involved loading up the truck and then unloading into a storage facility. The guys called to indicate they would be there in 20 minutes and they were on time. We did a quick walk thru to discuss complicated pieces and then Mike, Mark and Leo got to work. The guys hustled continuously from the beginning to the end of the move and even my daughter commented that she would use them again. Bell Brothers was recommended to me to remove furniture from my downstairs so that new flooring could be installed. Mike, Mark and Quency came to my rescue and did an excellent job. I have some expensive furniture with lots of glass and they handled those pieces with extreme care. They were fast, thorough and patient as I stopped them often so I could quickly clean the undersides or backs of furniture. I hope these three are the men who come back to replace all of my furniture to it's original location. Bell Brothers moving did a great job for our relatively small move. This project seemed large to us to, but Mike and Ruben from Bell Brothers knocked this out in a few hours. They carefully padded all of our furniture in blankets and shrink wrap, and packed them tightly in the van so nothing shifted in its eleven-hundred mile journey. On the home front the paid close attention to navigating the furniture around corners and doors to avoid all dings and scratches. Absolutely fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better team! They arrived on time, make sure I felt comfortable with anything I needed, and was overall professional. I was concerned about some antique items I had but they were able to wrap them up safely and none of my stuff was damaged at all! Great Job! We thought it would take 8-10 hours but it only took about 6 hours to get everything moved. The guys were real pro's ,not only taking care of all our furniture and belongings but also being careful not to scratch or damage the walls in either house. It was a big downsize for us 4300 sq. ft. into 2400 sq.ft., so there was a lot of stuff to put up in the attic, and they even did that for us. Can't say enough about the crew, Mike, Ruben, Steven, Sergio and Chris. We'll definitely use Bell Brothers again in the future, and request the same crew. read more

June 27, 2019 Bell Brothers Moving did a GRET job moving my Mother from her Senior Living apartment into her Assisted Living Apartment. These movers are totally amazing. They were very careful with all of our antiques, and even spent over an hour taking apart a GIANT antique wardrobe that wouldn't fit through the bedroom door. They gracefully and without complaint dismantled it piece by piece and then put it all back together. All six guys shook our hands and wished us good luck in our new home when they left.
