There were three items that I needed help with and some education on them. She was quick to tell me differences, comparisons, and what item options were available. She checked out of stocks and tried to locate items for me. She spent time sharing what would potentially work for me and gave me clear understanding of the items in question. I really appreciated her knowledgeable, her positive and genuine energy and the fact she showed real support toward me and my confusion on items trying to find the right item that would be a good fit. She said it was in the wrong spot but it had all the same products lined up at that price. Hoping to be offered the mistakenly place vitamins but ended up paying the right price. It was a few dollars off, it's not like they were going to lose money. Besides that, I think for the mistakes made, the customer should have been offered the price placed under the product.
