I was recommended to try this cleanse by a cousin who just "heard" about it. Because i have my own yelp, i usually cross reference but didn't before purchasing. After day 1 i didn't think i could mentally do this. I love food. Once i read the reviews i was kind of upset because of how people said this didn't work for them. So i decided to do daily weigh ins. Full Body Cleanse Pros: My skin cleared up, my energy increased and I lost a lot of weight. I lost about 26 pounds in total on the cleanse twice. The instruction booklet was very helpful and easy to follow as well. Full Body Cleanse Cons: I did notice about 10 capsules (full body cleanse) were missing and that was the only con I had about this product. Purchase the Full Body Cleanse and followed the strict dietary regimen to a T ...and felt awful for 5 days. I persisted because I convinced myself I was experiencing a "ketosis flu." I did, indeed, have all the symptoms of transitioning into ketosis: sluggishness, slightly raised temperature, headaches etc. but in addition I had severe stomach pains and gassiness. I'm talking acute, stop-you-in-your-tracks-absolutely-unable-to-function stomach pains along with increased heart rate. These symptoms were worse after the 3rd bottle. Symptoms stopped immediately after I quit the regimen. I reached out to request assistance or guidance on the dosages but received no response. I just don't think everyone's body is meant to handle this regimen yet DHerbs is advertised as working for everyone. I was looking for a natural herb that could help me with my acidic stomach. I had been taking Natural Care Buffer PH which works amazing! I noticed a difference within 24 hours but it's been out of stock. So I found this website DHerbs and purchased their Alkaline Formula. I had been taking it for several days and did not notice a difference whatsoever. I wanted to return it for either a store credit or refund and I was told they would not do either since the bottle had been opened. This is extremely poor customer service. I've never experienced a company that would not offer a refund or store credit within 30 days. I will never buy from this place of business again. I found a product from Sprouts that helps with my acidic stomach and noticed a great change immediately (within 24 hours). This was my first experience trying Dherbs, so I tried the 10-Day cleanse. Unfortunately I'm unable to comment on it's success rate due to me not being able to complete it. I read the manual and followed the procedures as instructed, but what I noticed was on my 7th day, I ran out of the Liver, Spleen & Gallbladder capsules, but the other bottles had plenty. So I went back to re-read the manual wondering if I misunderstood something and this was normal, but it was not. My bottle was short in capsules. So I contacted Dherbs hoping for a resolution, and to their response, they insinuated I was lying, stating their bottles are manufactured bottled and this has never happened in the past, which is more reason to identify, that opps!, there's an issue here, this is a rarity, not that this women is lying, how dare you? This may not be common however my bottle was short in capsules and I have no reason to be dis-honest about a product that I invested in, and wanting results from. Why would I waste anyone's time unless their is truth to the matter. I notified the company for correction hoping they would have a effective solution and compassion for my 10-day cleanse results, but all they suggested was to mail me the difference in capsules, not concerned that this is a 10-Day cleanse and this would take up to 3days to receive. I started the full body cleanse on August 15th. Pro's: 1. I feel clean on the inside. 2. I no longer feel sluggish. Before going on the cleanse raw vegan seemed extreme to me, but now I can see it's not so extreme after all and it is doable. I hope that I can keep with this kind of life-style at least 75%. 3. I feel good inside Cons: 3 major disappointments 1. I paid for 20 day full body Cleanse however, I did not receive the right number of capsules of The Dherbs to complete the program. I didn't realize that until Today, September 2nd today is my Day 19 and I'm already out of the herbs of Formula #1 Blood & Lymphatic & Formula #2 Cardiovascular which means I won't be able to fully complete the whole 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. I am about to start my second Dherbs cleanse, so I thought I'd leave some feedback for my first last year. I did the Flora cleanse which was 10 days, and I had a great experience with the product. I had had some of the herbs here and there in some of my supplements, but it was great to have everything all together and ready to go. My sister sent me a coupon to order herbs for a full body cleanse. The link wouldn't work because I was staying at my sister's home and it kept saying that I wasn't a first time customer. I placed the order anyway and asked them to please provide the discount in spite of the hiccup with the link. They not only told me no to the coupon, but my order was changed to Cash Upon Pickup. My sister called them up because she is a regular customer. They told her the reason why it wouldn't give me a discount because I was ordering from the same IP address that she uses. I'm a business owner myself and I can override anything and I know they can too if they really want the business. BUYER BEWARE! If I could give them zero stars I would. I really hate giving bad reviews but I really feel I need to post this to help the next people who is brave enough to order from this company. They are focused on making a sale, getting your money. They are not doctors or herbalist. Just people peddling pills for money. With no gall bladder, a colon resection and on blood thinners, I wanted to make sure I could still do the 20 day cleanse, 30 pills per day. I called and explain my situation to the rep on the phone, asked her to email me information on the capsules and also wanted to know if I could safely do the cleanse. I explained in detail my medical issues. I was told yes, just don't take the charcoal if I want to continue to take my blood thinners. Well I paid almost $140.00 for the kit. On, day one I experience nausea as well as debilitating headaches and an unusual fullness in my stomach. Thought it was normal so day two same thing except now I am throwing up. Did not think this was normal so I stopped at noon on day 2. Called the company and spoke with Linda. She told me that if I was on blood thinners that I should have never started this cleanse that they did not recommend it because the body could not handle the diet. My question was why did the rep not tell me that in my previous conversation, why is it not printed in the pamphlet, she said well we are not doctors. I did the 10 day colon cleanse the end of March 2017 and immediately got sick. It was coming out of both ends after only the 2nd formula and I experienced the most painful stomach cramps and nausea all day!! It was absolutely horrible!!! I was going to go to the ER because I felt so bad, but I was in too much pain to move. It took me days to recover and I was too scared to resume the cleanse. When I called to get a refund for ALL of the product that I didn't use since I paid over $100, they refused and said that the cleanse came as a set and that if I used even one product, they can't refund anything. After interrogating me about my use of their product, they suggested that I try it again at a slower pace. They basically blamed me and said that I must have had a blockage in my colon. Bottom line, the customer service was terrible!!! If I got sick and wanted to discontinue using this product, I should be able to get a refund for the unopened items, instead of being questioned and blamed. Worked well. I lost about 12 lbs with the 10 day cleanse but eating raw was definitely very difficult.

This cleanse did wonders for me. I stuck to the diet and took the capsules on schedule and I couldn't be happier with the results. Within 3 days I had completely broken my caffeine addiction (coffee), after 5 days my skin was glowing and all blemishes had cleared, the mental clarity gained is itself enough reason to get on board. It is a very strict regimen for the 20 days but you will thank me if you stick it out. I gained energy that I hadn't had since my 20s. At first the raw vegan diet is challenging but after the first week I got creative and found some great recipes and local restaurants to help me through the diet. I lost 8 lbs, and although losing weight was not a concern of mine, it felt great on top of all of the other benefits that I received.
