Review Details: I am reviewing the Full Body Cleanse from DHERBS. I decided to do this cleanse after my friend was introduced to it through her sister. Her sister got great results and was still taking other DHERB products, so we both started on the cleanse. This is a 21 day cleanse that has you taking 5 herbal capsules (vegan) every 2 to 3 hours apart during the day. Each set of 5 capsules is used to detoxify different organs and systems of the body. A suggested plan for food and drink consumption came with the cleanse to get the highest benefit. I stuck with most of the suggestions in the plan, however I did have one cup of coffee a day. The first 3 days were the hardest for me to get through, but on day 4 I felt better than I had in a very long time. I had more energy and my mind was clear. I was able to focus much better at work and in school. I am a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Massage Therapist (for 21 years) and I'm in a graduate program on my way to being licensed as an ARNP. I am into holistic therapy and will take that route before I turn to conventional medicine. While not every herbal product is safe for everyone, you must first check with your physician or health care provider to make sure your current medications will not interact adversely with any or all of the herbal products. At the end of my cleanse I had lost 7.5 lbs and was able to get into clothes that I hadn't been able to wear for over a year! This cleanse and suggested eating plan helped me to focus on healthier choices for eating, especially on the go. It has also helped me to get off of sugar and sweets, which was a great addiction for me. I have changed my eating habits quite a bit and realize that when I eat foods that are not so healthy, my body feels it and surely lets me know by making me feel sluggish, full of gas, and headaches. I have also increased my water consumption, which I hated before taking DHERBS. Now, I will choose a bottle of water over anything else. I highly recommend trying this cleanse after checking with your health care provider but it will demand commitment on your part to get the best results. If you default, no worries! I tried this product after seeing on the Steve show, after months of my body urging me to detox and recharge. A week before starting the doctor informed me my body had ulcerative colitis. He suggested not doing the FBC saying it would make it worse, but my body KNEW I needed it and after praying for direction, God gave me the green light. THE ENTIRE TIME DURING THE CLEANSE MY BODY HAD NONE OF THE SYMPTOMS! I purchased the 10 day Total Body Detox Cleansing and the Skin Care Cleansing. Both products were amazing. With the 10 day TBC I lost 10lbs, had great energy, and felt healthier overall. My taste buds changed in that I wanted to eat healthier replacing the cravings I once had for foods that were not good for my body. Even after completing the process I still wanted to eat healthier and to this day I have been able to maintain eating to live a longer and healthier life. With the skin care cleaning product my complexion lightened up. I could tell the difference of old/dead skin cells being removed and I once had my natural brightness to my skin back. I just finished the Full Body Cleanse, this is my second time doing the cleanse i tried in August 2016 but had to quit in the begining of September because of the death of my father. I went home to be with family after completing 17 days of the cleanse. I loss 20 pounds. So this year at 65 years old turning 66 in June. I was concern with getting healthy and staying healthy. I love D-HERBS their vitamins are excellent, because their Detox and Weight Loss products are the best, because I have lost 35 lbs and have been able to keep it off after 3 months. So in love with the product.... I started my detox 16 Days ago and I've lost 18 pounds so far. With 4 more days to go I'm excited to see how much more I will lose. In the beginning it was very challenging being my eating habits were poor but after the third day my body started to adjust to the herbs and I was going to the bathroom two to three times a day. The full body cleanse is a life changer and saver! I have taken this cleanse two times and I have seen my life change right before my eyes. My first thought was "oh my gosh, what am I going to eat" and after a week or two I came to a realization that I do not live for food and I can feel full and great after eating 1 apple or 1 banana. I absolutely LOVE dherbs products. I tried the respiratory cleanse and regimen about two months ago. I have been a smoker for over 10 yrs and as time passed I started noticing a lot of mucus production and even developed a mild case of asthma. After using the cleanse for a couple days I noticed a huge difference in my respiratory system. Was able to expel alot of mucus, chest pains were gon, and breathing became a lot more normal. Didnt have to use my inhaler the whole duration of the cleanse nor after. So I strongly recommend this product to all smokers. I wanted to lose weight and naturally stabilize my blood pressure. I had been under doctor's care for elevated blood pressure. I was prescribed man made meds which caused me to have negative side effects. This will be my 3rd purchase of the Weight Release. I came from 175 pounds to a current 135 pounds. I did lose all my clothes but that was my idea to be smaller and toned. This cleanse has been an addiction. Not only do I lose weight but I now boast a beautiful complexion and have found a new love for fruits and vegetables. My skin glows. I have done the full body cleanse 4 times in the past a few years back, recently I have put on some weight within the last year and thought why not go back and give it another go. I released 15 pounds my first round, another 10 the second time, and for the the 3rd another 10 pounds. I don't recall how much the 4th round but from what I remember it got easier and easier for me to adapt to the way you have to eat while on this cleanse. I was satisfied with this product when I tried it a couple of months ago. The only set back for me is the 4 days of headaches which I have experienced with the full body cleanse as well. I didn't lose weight but I lost inches all around and was very pleased with my results. I want to do this regimen again. I wish I had drank more green smoothies during the first one. I believe my results would have been better. I will do that during this cleanse I plan to do this week. I appreciate the vegetarian formula in these herbs. I just completed the full body cleanse on yesterday and I feel amazing. I have never had this much success and not feel drained or tired. I weighed this morning and I lost a total of 13.5 pounds. The first five days was full of headaches because I was a huge Mt. Dew drinker like 5 sodas a day. I have not wanted one at all.(that a lone is a big success for me). DHerbs is a phenomenal product that does exactly what it states plus more. I started with their kidney cleanse at the beginning of this year and have used multiple products since for various reasons. My overall Heath has improved tremendously. The cyst I had in my wrist, for years, dissipated after using the blood cleanse. Feeling accomplished!!! Just completed the 20 day Dherbs Raw diet cleanse. It was a challenge at times, especially when traveling or when going to restaurants watching others eating cheese steak meals. But doable when prepared mentally. I lost about 9.6lbs (wasn't looking to lose weight but added benefit) Skins seems to be clearer. I was most impressed by my energy level. Being the one who drinks coffee, energy drinks and takes fat burners for energy , I had none of that, only electrifying foods, water and herbs!!! My energy level was on 10!!! My dog Mylo suffered with allergy for years and nothing worked. I've purchase expensive pills at PET SMART and that did not work.
