I wanted to replace the old hospital bed that I had rented sight-unseen. It did not work out for what I needed for my mom. I was greeted at the showroom and very patiently shown the options within my budget. I chose a bed and asked when it could be delivered so I could have the other company come to remove their bed. Ray gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him when I was ready-- the same day or next morning which was Thanksgiving Day. Ray was very nice, patient, and personable. When I called him from the hospital with my mom's same day discharge plans, he said, "We'll load it up right now and meet you at your place." These folks are REAL people with REAL feelings for my very real situation. They were even having a company holiday barbecue when all of this went down and they invited me to share some of their food. Chrisland's crew not only delivered the bed on the evening before Thanksgiving Day, but they disassembled the old rental bed and stored it on the porch for pickup by the other company that couldn't pick it up till after the holiday weekend. I wish I could remember the young man's name who headed the delivery crew. He was polite, patient, and compassionate in explaining and providing tips on how to utilize the bed's features. My mom is active in the hospital bed, and I have to keep a very close eye on her. The bed alarm is perfect. Whenever she shifts her weight on the bed, the alarm sounds and I can check on her. I have to weigh her for record-keeping purposes since she's also newly on a G-tube, and the bed scale is also perfect. I can raise the bed up to tend to my mom without bending or leaning. The bed even tilts the head at a downward angle to make repositioning my mom so much easier when I have to slide her back up to the head of the bed. Needing a bed for my mom was stressful enough. Chrisland helped make it bearable! I highly recommend Chrisland Medical Inc to anyone who needs a hospital bed. I got exactly what I wanted, and Chrisland's customer service was STELLAR!

I was left unaware of the delay until I had to follow up myself after running out of medication. When I called to inquire, the staff member I spoke with responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, stating, *"It's your word against mine,"* while also acknowledging that they remembered the patient. If your team knew exactly who the patient was, why did no one take the responsibility to call and inform us of the issue? Instead, it was left until the situation became critical--forcing me to call back on a Saturday out of necessity. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning, especially when it relates to something as essential as medication.

I went here as this was the first pharmacy on the way to my family. They fill all 5 drugs on my prescription. They asked me for payment of about $5.00. They said it was normal copay for these meds with the current insurance plan. At the time I didn't think much of it and just paid the money. 3 weeks later I went to fill multiple identical and other prescriptions at another pharmacy and I DID NOT NEED TO PAY A DIME. My guess is this pharmacy only ran Medicare and DID NOT run the other insurance even though I asked to make sure to check both insurance and the lady working said she did and that I still have to pay the copay. I've called in the insurance company and they said the medications should be fully covered. I really do not care that much about $5, but it's the principal!!! $5 from one person isn't much but they could've been doing this for who know how many years and to how many people?! $2-10 adds up over time. This place is a con. How dare they do this to sick people who do not know any better about their health insurance coverage. DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF.

The only down side is the…read moresmall parking lot they have in the back which can get pretty packed because there is only a limit of about 7 spots for customers but there's also parking in the front for street parking. My dads doctor usually sends the prescription directly from the computer which makes it really convenient and faster to pick up any medication. The pharmacists here are very friendly and fluent in Chinese and English. There is usually about 3 or more people working at a time so you get helped in no time. And they are always happy to answer and questions you have regarding the medication you have. They are very patient with their customers here as I can see them helping many older ones who has many questions. They also offer deliveries but I'm not sure the distance of the location in which they make their deliveries. This is a great pharmacy for older Asian folks who are not fluent in English. With the good service here, I am thinking about switching to this pharmacy myself.
