Once I arrived at the correct location on Rosecrans after crossing Bradfield Ave. (Across from the Car Wash) there's parking right in front of the store. Inside: We were greeted by Mimi who was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We spoke with Mimi from the store's counter. I would have liked to actually look around the store and explore all the items they offer --but that is not their set-up. Basically, you share what you need/want and it's retrieved for you. Not sure if it's this way because of theft or what happened compared to what I saw online at the previous location. I came into the shop today for a return from another Nutrishop in Norco. I was apprehensive about…read morecoming in because I didn't have a receipt for my purchase and was worried I would get stuck with supplements I didn't need. I knew it was possible that I wouldn't receive an exchange because I did not have the receipt, but I did have a copy of my body scan from the day I did make the purchases, which allowed me to give some credibility to my claim. The girl at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. After explaining my situation to her, she was able to resolve my problem. She allowed me to do the exchange because the products were not open and unused. Since they were of equal value, it wasn't an issue. I am super appreciative of her helpfulness. This'll be my new supplement shop away from Norco.

There were three items that I needed help with and some education on them. She was quick to tell me differences, comparisons, and what item options were available. She checked out of stocks and tried to locate items for me. She spent time sharing what would potentially work for me and gave me clear understanding of the items in question. I really appreciated her knowledgeable, her positive and genuine energy and the fact she showed real support toward me and my confusion on items trying to find the right item that would be a good fit. This place is a hidden gem. The outside is deceiving. It is called Vitamin City but it also has…read moregrocery goods. The fruits and veggies are delivered fresh once a week, however everything else is awesome. If you are looking for milk, flour, protein shakes, protein bars, breakfast cereals, canned goods, cheese, etc.. this is the place to find it without having to read labels. It seems everything here are either organic, or GMO free or the best next thing for your health that you can find on the market. It also has drinks, hair products, paper products etc. I found the lady and the gentleman who run the place very informative. When my doctor recommends that I take a supplement that I have not tried before, instead of standing for hours to do a deep dive the owners/managers seem to be very knowledgeable. I consider them an asset to society. I have been coming here for years. The place is run down, so do not expect a posh bistro style lighting with some fancy decor. It is bare minimum metal shelves and isles of products. It is most likely 20+ years old place that has never been renovated. A family owned "Whole Foods" type of place with better service and no fancy shelving. The shopping center where the place is located has plenty of parking.
