I have been on a quest for health for the last 20 years. This search has taken me through all of…read morethe diets and listening to all the health gurus. I went vegetarian, vegan and then raw vegan. I did the liver cleanse, kidney cleanse, spleen cleanse and on and on it went. I did a 10-day Master cleanse and lost 15 pounds of muscle. I did a water cleanse where all I did was drink water. The more cleanses I tried, it seemed the worse I felt. I went up and down in weight and still continued to feel progressively less healthy. The culmination of my obsession was going raw vegan for a year in which my diet consisted of a fruit smoothie in the morning and a green smoothie at night. My raw vegan diet ended with me having a full-out breakdown in the produce section at Whole Foods. I was muscle testing a lemon and I spontaneously broke into tears. I dropped the lemon, walked directly back to the meat counter and bought a filet mignon. That was the end of my raw vegan days. I was confused. I felt drained. I had no energy. I started having a hard time remembering things. I was depressed and I was seriously stressed out! I now realize that I had gotten to a place of resignation about life. I knew I was dying and I had become ok with it. After all of this "running the hamster wheel", I found out about the hair mineral analysis through a nutritionist friend of mine. Believing that I was an expert on all things health, I was really surprised that I had never heard of this process. I met Eva Vennari at S.E.L.F. Nutrition and she gave me an overview of the hair mineral analysis and nutritional balancing program. I learned how mineral ratios in the body reveal how the body responds to stress. She also described how the body compensates for the low mineral ratio by holding onto toxic metals like copper, aluminum and mercury which seriously damage the body. Eva explained how balancing the minerals in my body would allow me to get rid of the toxic metals, get my energy back and be more relaxed. It was really easy to do the test. Eva sent me a hair test kit. I cut off a few hairs, put them in an envelope and sent them to the lab. My results came back in a week along with a very detailed interpretation from Eva during my one hour consultation on the test results and plan of action. That phone call changed my life. I finally know the truth. I learned that I am a slow oxidizer, which means I metabolized my food slower than what my body requires for optimal energy levels to perform basic body functions. I learned that I am in adrenal and thyroid burnout because my digestion was poor. Now I understood why I had been feeling fatigue, sugar cravings, low body temperature, irritability and depression. The other thing that really alarmed me was that I was in the most dangerous, 3rd stage of stress - the exhaustion stage. This occurs when the body no longer has the energy to contain the stress and is in a holding pattern to prevent further decline in health. It was also no surprise that I was very high in copper, aluminum and dangerously high in mercury. My body was at the beginning stages of the death spiral. Eva assured me that these conditions are common for many people in our stressed-out culture today. She explained that with some basic lifestyle modifications and fortifying the body with some essential vitamins and minerals, I would gradually be feeling better and have more energy. Now that I am on the program, I am experiencing way higher levels of energy. I am feeling more vitality and more relaxed. I am sleeping better and being nicer to people. I am finding it easier to deal with normal every day life. I used to be afraid that I was dying and that there was nothing I could do about it. Now I know that it is up to me and I have a program to follow that will bring my body into balance and have me able to live life the way I want to. I highly recommend calling Eva and getting the hair test done so that you know the truth - the science of what is happening in your body so that you can do the things that will actually improve your health!

For me 2015 was a year of discovery, an exploration to new frontiers of not outer but inner space…read more 2015 put me on a evolutionary path from being a man to becoming a god. Who would ever believe that something so simple as "elemental magnesium" could be the elusive manna that could change your mind & body, your very life forever. After watching a few Youtube videos by Dr Carolyn Dean and buying her book The Magnesium Miracle I decided to try it out and bought "Doctor's Best Elemental Magnesium". http://bit.ly/1Qb7v4b http://bit.ly/1Wh4duz Unbelievably the first thing I noticed on the first day of taking 2 200 mg daily dosage was my energy level was through the roof, just like how Dr. Dean exclaimed on her video. I felt like I was injected with Soma the elixir of the Vedic gods. How I transformed for the better: My vigor at the gym doubled for most exercises. With some excercises where I could only do 10 reps now I could do 20 to 30, where I could only do 5 sets I could now do 10+. Nuisances that stopped: Night sweats...gone Fatigue...gone I had no idea this annoying eye twitch I had was because of magnesium deficiency...gone The whole blood pressure phenom in America is a big hoax, they know why so many people have high blood pressure but they're not going to tell you. They know its because of magnesium deficiency, but the Pharmaceutical industry is making to much money off of diuretic drugs. They will never tell the masses that simple elemental magnesium will correct the issue. For the last couple of years, I've been fighting pre-hypertension using natural means. My blood pressure had been hovering around 135-40/85-90. Nothing I tried worked, I tried everything from Chinese traditional medicine to western hemeopathy, but I had no idea that all I was doing was fighting the symptoms. Within two weeks of taking Doctors Best elemental magnesium my blood pressure dropped to 120/80. When I saw the numbers I fell to my knee's and prayed to Kwan Yin. 3 important things to know: 1) the soil on American farmlands have been depleted of magnesium for decades, so American grown food is magnesium deficient 2) the industry for whatever reason does not put magnesium(epson salts) in commercial fertilizers. 3)Magnesium ions regulate over 300 biochemical reactions in the body through their role as enzyme co-factors. They also play a vital role in the reactions that generate and use ATP, the fundamental unit of energy within the body's cells. After all my study I started to realize that magnesium was a panacea for all kinds of ailment. Below I've summarized some of the results I've seen with friends who've started using magnesium. Friend no.1, she has epilepsy - I gave her a bottle of the magnesium and told her about the videos. I also informed her that almost all epileptics have severe magnesium deficiency. At first she was hesitant and wanted to ask her "epilepsy doctor" if she should, eventually she didn't ask and started taking it. She told me she started having the same reactions I had and then noticed her seizures gradually stopped. Then after 3 months of being on the magnesium she experimented by not taking her twice a day epilepsy medication. Low and behold she had no adverse reaction. Why this is miraculous is because she told me if she even missed one of the two daily dosages she would start to twitch and shake. She also informed me the epilepsy drugs have horrible side effects. She's been epilepsy free since. Friend no.2, his daughter has severe psoriasis - after watching the videos and doing research dude bought a magnesium chloride spray that you apply topically. He applied this spray to his daughters skin, unbelievably the next mourning he could see a difference and within a week the scabby skin was gone. Friend no.2 again - he had his 11 year common law spouse try the magnesium and for the first time in 11 years she didn't nag and complain to him about her monthly cycle. After he told me I researched it and again this PMS and painful periods episodes are not suppose to happen, its all related to magnesium deficiency. Friend no. 3 - she had two issues, first she had Restless Arm Syndrome. I told her about the videos, I also gave her a bottle and she told me the very night she took the magnesium the Restless arm syndrome stopped and it hasn't come back. Another time she had a severe migraine and took 5 advils to no avail, I sprayed some magnesium chloride on the back of her neck and rubbed it in and again unbelievably the pain and throbbing subsided within 7 minutes or so. If I didn't experience & witness this for myself, I wouldn't believe it if someone else told me. If you don't believe me go to amazon.com and read the reviews for it. You can also buy it at Tunie's, The Vitamin Shoppe and obviously amazon.com. Do not buy any other brand unless you do thorough research on it, most magnesium supplements on the market are BS. http://amzn.to/1Wh4fCF
