They are both very knowledgeable and have great recommendations for any supplements that you may need. What surprised me the most is that the staff that prepared my package, they even bubble wrapped the 4 bars of soap. I could not believe it. I mean the person took so much care and thought for 4 bars of soap. It arrived in pristine condition. I have not seen any other company take such pride in prepping the packages. I mean it was soap but it meant a lot. Looking foward to my next order. Thank you. ALL STAR STAFF!!!! You are beyond amazing.

BUYER BEWARE ‼Disappointed with this shop... they WAY OVERCHARGE. The owner was hard core trying to…read moresell anything he could to us, and on top of that I looked the items up and some of them were listed for as much as HALF the price online. Part of his sales pitch was that he would give me a discount and then he continued to charge me full price, NOT on a POS system... just typed a random number into the credit card machine, and charged me more then we agreed on. I brought it up to him and he got flustered and said he would do a diet plan for me and just to email me. He NEVER responded to me when I emailed... so not only will this place scam you but the products left me feeling sick. ..... forgot to add I asked if he had organic protein/product and he said " define organic" - that answer says it all. I was so suspicious when he said this but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him exactly what organic was even though a nutrition specialist should know this.... and he said "yeah we don't have anything organic." WHY WOULD YOU WASTE MY TIME AND HAVE ME EXPLAIN SOMETHING YOU KNOW YOU DONT HAVE IN STORE. I know why, he was testing to see how foolish the person he was talking to was. Needless to say we tried the products and they are a rip off and bad quality. If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would.

I also got to sample some of the extracts they have! I bought the purple bamboo salt which is apparently known to be the healthiest salt, and also the Moo-yeot (Radish Paste Extract) for cough supplement. A friend of mine tried the salt, started getting a very severe reaction from it, getting swollen legs and puffy face. I would stay clear from this company and its resellers such as Insan healing, from which I have bought before. Their soap is pure chemical base, the ingredients are a total lie - it does not even contain 1 of the actual ingredients in it. I visited the insan factory in korea, and thats why I know this. I will remove this review if the company changes its production to the original methods, and stops cutting costs, and selling cheap products as something luxury.

Very friendly and personable people, we stopped by a few times and they are always very engaging, I had a blast chatting with them. I saw a lot of goodies, but what stands out, so far, are the oral sprays, I already tried the PMS... saved me a whole lot of real pain in traffic a couple days ago. I swear, in 5 minutes, it made a difference. So I came back for more, so help me gawd, I need all the help one can get on crampy days . I just got a taste of their Wellness spray too, great boost in the afternoon, if you are feeling a bit drained, try this, I loved it! Check out their 'intimacy' formula, by the way, looks pretty exciting, it's next one on my list .
