Felicia is amazing; very knowledgeable about the products and even takes the time to help educate customers who may be unsure of the ingredients, products and potential outcomes of the products. I watched as she assisted a customer as he was on the verge of purchasing several items that actually has the same ingredients. She went through and helped the gentleman as he was about to duplicate his purchase. It's customer service, education and unselfishness to help people with their health and education that I'll ensure people come specifically to this location for their nutritional and health needs. I stopped by tonight to grab a couple of things. I had the good fortune of meeting "Jonathan." I'm probably not your typical customer. I have, for 3 decades now, based my assessment of supplements upon clinical studies. I had very specific requests that I made clear to Jonathan. They included sourcing from patented brands, etc. In the past, the consultant would try to steer me to "this-or-that." It was disappointing because it exposed the lack of knowledge of the products and/or relevant studies in the end. Enter, Jonathan. I was only there to grab a couple supplements. I told him my specific needs for certain patented/tested products. He knew the landscape. He knew the industry, the patented products, and everything in between. I actually asked him his schedule so I would know when to come into the store. You have a new customer an old customer but one who is a customer of one guy - Jonathan.

The last time I was here, Sabrina helped me. She is an absolute gem. Just by chance as I was walking through the aisles, she was the one to ask if I needed help. I was so happy that it was her because she is a certified nutritionist and has extensive knowledge about supplements and overall nutrition/health. Once again, she took her time to explain all my options, share her knowledge and provided truly exceptional customer service.

His hands were shaking he has trouble speaking . He has trouble standing up straight. He grabbed my phone from my hand. He was kept touching my hand numerous time he refused to return my item even I was standing there with original received proof of purchase my phone number and email he was kept saying this is not GNC and he said he's not afraid from anybody if I am filing a complain or write a review. Sam was very hostile. Sam was very intimidated. How GNC allow these employees to treat the customer like that and they acted like they own the Gnc or Gnc is there private property. They can treat female customer the way employee want it, It is very scary. Because Sam involved other people also. Make me feel like sorry never shop at Gnc again.
