His hands were shaking he has trouble speaking . He has trouble standing up straight. He grabbed my phone from my hand. He was kept touching my hand numerous time he refused to return my item even I was standing there with original received proof of purchase my phone number and email he was kept saying this is not GNC and he said he's not afraid from anybody if I am filing a complain or write a review. Sam was very hostile. Sam was very intimidated. How GNC allow these employees to treat the customer like that and they acted like they own the Gnc or Gnc is there private property. They can treat female customer the way employee want it, It is very scary. Because Sam involved other people also. Make me feel like sorry never shop at Gnc again. read more

The guy in there today a indian owner of the store this is a private family owned GNC treated me like crap he didn't want to take my return back, he lied he treated me badly I felt discriminated against!! I immediately went to my car filed a complaint I just had a major surgery I looked tired and I told him the package was to heavy he didn't want to search for my rewards card, so I went to Inglewood California and everything I told him I told them and they was able to return my items and help me out with a smile on their face! read more

I had a very bad experience this is not the first time I come to this location I've been coming here over 10 years, and the cashier guy (Indian dude) had some bad customer service I asked him if he he can guide me to the location in torrance asked for cross streets. His response was it's not his job to get on my phone and look it up myself that that's what he does. I mean am I wrong or was this a rude way of treating a customer who's been to this location 9+ years . Very upset at the way this man serves this employer zero patience. read more

Customer service here is trash the Indian guy that works here don't help at all and he practically offended me by telling me I need glasses cause he was telling me to grab a supplement next to me and because I didn't find it told me that I need glasses people don't come to this location . read more

Came here to get some Quest protein bars I keep forgetting about this location that is so close to me. I went to the one in the Carson Mall last time. I know they are at the South Bay Galleria and I think Del Amo too. The only downside on my visit today was they weren't stocked up on all the Quest bar flavors the guy working said he will try and get more flavors on the next shipment we shall see. So I only got a few flavors some I haven't tried before. I'll give this one another chance next time I need more and see if they stocked up on more flavors. read more

I was interested in purchasing some meal replacements, not knowing much other than what I have read online I was hoping for some professional assistance over the phone as I inquired. The person with an Indian accent was not only short with his answers, but not even helpful. Asked if I was a GNC member, I said no, and I felt like it got worst. Anyway, not sure if it was a culture difference, but none the less not helpful and rude, Bad combo. I understand this isn't GNC's fault, I'll just find another one. read more

This location is a bit small but it is at least clean. I gave them a lower rating due to their limited stock and the fact that their staff isn't overly helpful. There was only one person working and I was the only customer but they seemed to pay more attention to stocking the shelves than me. I was on my way to a GNC at the mall when I spotted this place. Since it was closer to my home; I stopped - bad mistake. On the door it said they open at 10;00 AM - I waited till 10:30 AM and nothing. Went to gas up and to the bank, came back and, even though I was the only one in the the store; I did not get any help - I looked around for nearly 20 minutes and could not find what I went in for - I asked for help and was told "Sorry, sold out". Customer service was terrible, they opened late, and did not have what I went in to buy. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Came in 2/9 at 11:00ish am and got some on the worse/ non-existent customer service I have had in quite awhile at any business. The ONLY communication I had with the gentleman working behind the counter was when I walked in the door and I said hi and he said it back. I was in the store approximately 3 to 5 minutes, looked at 3-5 multivitamin products from the shelf into my hand and never once did the gentleman behind the counter even set his phone down to ask me if I needed any assistance or if I even had any questions. As I picked up each product I took the time to look over my shoulder and glance at the gentlemen. He never even noticed or looked up. At that point I set the products back on the shelf and walked out the door. He still never said anything. Seriously worthless employee. read more

I usually don't write reviews BUT I cannot let a great job go unheard! I just had to post this! I have experienced excellent customer service on numerous visits at GNC - GARDENA. A gentleman by the name of Sam is GREAT! He always gives me space and time to shop. He's always ready & willing to answer any questions and is ready with recommendations! I was very impressed with Sam because he leads me to the SALES and I am glad to say I have had a very successful fitness journey because I can better afford most of the vitamins and supplements I purchase! Most know, they add up FAST! So, KUDOS to Sam! read more

This GNC has an employee that is a horrible person. He needs to be trained in Customer Service. I've been here a few times because of the convenience of their location. The products are good, however, hopefully this guy is very rude and I see that he works there on a regular basis. I just would not recommend going to this location.
