Customer service here is terrible. I've given this place a few chances even after finding a small dead roach on the rim of my can during a previous visit. Today was the last straw. I asked what Zyn flavors they had, and the employee responded with an attitude: "What you see is what you get, buddy." When I mentioned a flavor, he replied, "Does that brand even have those?" and after I corrected myself, he said, "Yeah, different brand," in a sarcastic tone. One of the best family owned businesses I have ever been in. They have a great selection and knowledgeable staff. I was offered water or coffee while I was shopping and that to me is supreme customer service. I have become friends with the owner after visiting just a couple of times.
