Well, I had to come back to update my review. Charlie and the guys there are all great and have maintained under harsh conditions excellent customer service. Try pulling that off knowing what they've been through. Cloudscape was known for over the top service since it began. The company would have been bye bye if it were not for the help of guys like Charlie to save it. Trust me. He saved it. No where else can you buy vape and accessories and have detailed knowledge from an informed and educated staff. You'll be lucky with a shop knowing what they even have without looking much less how to use it. I come into CloudScape once every week or two. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! Zach is usually the dude who helps me out when I come in. He's seriously the nicest guy! He always helps me out when I'm looking for something other than my usual e-liquids or coils. He also helps me out when I make a mistake and accidentally order the wrong thing online. They're the only vape shop I know of around here that legally sells flavored e-liquids. Thank you for that! I quit smoking over 10 years ago and hate the tobacco flavored e-liquids offered in most other places. They've got a large selection of not just vape stuff but pipes, water pipes, cigars, cigarettes, etc. The prices are always pretty good. Most of the time when I buy my e-liquids they're on sale. They also utilize the FiveStars Loyalty Rewards Program for those ordering in-store. You get 1 point for every $10 spent. Once you hit 20 points you get a $5 off voucher. The vouchers get progressively larger and go up to a $100 off voucher for 400 points, for all you point savers out there. They say that their delivery radius is 10 miles. It is 10 miles based on the route that the Uber driver selects. They deliver using Uber. I placed a order and I was 9.7 miles away but they called and stated that Uber told them it was 11-13 miles. If I could give them zero stars they would have earned it! Bought a Caliburn 10 days ago and literally stopped working. They were looking for any reason to not return it even after they agreed it was defective. They found a small scratch on the case which is made out of painted aluminum so it's gonna scratch. So not have the only lost my pod and juice sales which that is their business model the consumables not the mods. I am quitting vaping as not buying another one with people dropping dead left and right maybe they saved my life and I need to be thankful!!! This place is amazing! My husband and I are ex cigarette smokers, and we started using the juul a year ago and it helped us quit. After spending so much money on pods and juul devices that stopped working, we realized we needed to make a switch. If you have an out of state id don't bother. I went in for some coils and when i showed them my nevada id. After 15 seconds or so he said he couldn't accept it because his machine is broke. I've worked as a dice dealer for 8 years, checked thousands of id's and not once used a machine. There are ways to tell. read more

I had a great experience today at Cloudscape with Victor. He was very knowledgeable about everything from the different devices, mechanisms, juices, and prices. He asked me questions that led him to suggestions of what I was looking for in my vaping needs. After finding a vape that would suit my needs, we proceeded to the bar where I paid the small $1 fee to sample numerous flavors with different nicotine quantities and tried out the different mods. I found a flavor I loved and I purchased my vape and juice. They were having a sale to honor their 6 year anniversary and I walked away under budget with a quality device and a 30 ml bottle of juice. They also have a rewards program through Fivestars. I was out the door with everything I needed for $40 plus tax.
