I purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes using my credit card. They charge me for 1 packet and my bank statement states the rest is cash back. Not true! I contacted the owner and he said it saves THEM 5% when they do this. ! I told him never to do that to me for his benefit ages ago, but he keeps doing it. Also on the cash register states the amount of the purchase but somehow n additional $30 is added !???? Extremely shady business. I hope the will get busted soon! read more

Do NOT buy from this place. I purchased items three days ago. One of the items which contained a small spring was damaged when I opened it. ($6.00 item) Today, I presented the item just asking for a simple exchange. It turned into an ugly situation. He basically called me a liar, raised his voice, would not listen to any reason, and was a complete nasty and offensive A-hole. Does not stand by his products, rude, arrogant and certainly does NOT need to be supported within our community. Literally, Im sorta speechless concerning the way I was dealt with. read more

Love this smoke shop!! It's so quaint and yet has such a variety of glass, materials, and lighters! I went in to find a bong stem replacement, and they had exactly what I was looking for!! Will definitely be keeping this place as my primary shop!! read more

They have good deals on glass and a big inventory. Suggest going in now to see the deal on bong attachment

Scammers. Sold me defective juul cartridges that were warped & had to be jammed into the device & dont draw anywhere close to how they should. Upon showing the clerk, was told they wouldn't exchange or refund & I would have to contact juul directly which makes no sense whatsoever. If I buy a shirt at the mall, get home & see that the shirt has a hole in it, I take it back to the store, I don't contact that brands corporate office. Just plain terrible customer service through & through. Save yourself the hassle (and some money) & just go to Tobacco 4 Less (anza & Torrance) or crown tobacco (190th & anza) instead. read more

Like the Owner and Almost every person that works at this shop . Always good vibes and fairly reasonable prices. My Problem Is Dario or whatever his name is. Dude never shuts up wail talking to his friends. Cuts you off when you want to explain why your in the store to spend money in the first place. Worst customer service ever. I will drive to another store if he works there and I live 2 blocks alway. The kid sucks!! Should not be working there. If I were the hiring manager he wouldn't been able to fill an app out. I've spent a ton of cash there,$1000's !!! Not when he's there that dude sucks at life and needs to be fired and dropped off on an island out in the middle of the ocean and forgotten about!!... read more

This is a really small tobacco shop in the Vons shopping plaza. The employees are very nice and friendly. We buy lotto tickets there for my nana and the employees always wish us luck or make other nice comments about it. Aside from lottery tickets and tobacco, they sell "pipes" and "tobacco bongs". They also have some reggae-ish clothing and accessories in the back. I definitely recommend them! read more

When entering your PIN number, COVER it. There is no privacy, no side blinders on the key pad. I used my card there the other day and of course within hours my card number was compromised. Didn't use my card anywhere else but here. Be Careful. read more

This place has the honor of being the place I bought my first e-cigarette and first bottle of e-juice. The tall guy that owns the place is AWESOME. Very friendly, knowlegeable about vaping supplies and mods, and he seemed to know where I was in my journey to become a non-smoker and sold me just what I needed. I have since come back several times for juice and more tanks. The only downside is the short hours. They close very early, and they do not stay open all day on Sunday. I recommend this place if you are a local or just want great prices on stuff thatr other places are charging double for. read more

I loved their customer service and definitely would have gone back until this morning. A vape I bought from them broke and when I was talking to the manufacturer trying to get a replacement I found out that it was a counterfeit. If they wanna give me my money back then I'll gladly change this review, will be calling to try to get this fixed. read more
