But the problem is they don't refund/replace anything after a week of purchase date. Doesn't matter if it is your fault or not. So if you buy multiple vapes and your last vapes aren't working properly, you basically wasted $30 per vape for nothing because one week is probably already passed by the time you open your last packs. I don't know what they meant when they said 'we can't verify it after a week', I even showed them my bank transactions that I've been coming here past few years and the last purchase was exactly two weeks ago. They still refused to refund/replace the non working vape. Retailing is not just making profit by marking up the prices. It is also being responsible for the products you are selling. Why would anyone go into a physical shop to buy anything that are more than 30~% marked up if you refuse to take any responsibilities? Don't tell me one week is enough of refund/replacement window because a lot of vapers buy multiple packs at a time. You are just pretending to be responsible. Avoid this place or just buy one pack at a time so if it is not working, you can get a replacement right away.
