Rough customer service... One nice person here the girl who stood to help me cash out. They Just have attitude. Couldn't even get any info about the sale. About a week ago I went in to buy a pre workout powder, I opened it yesterday, and saw a worm in there. I contacted the store, customer service and the manufacturer and no one was able to do anything about it. I spent $30 on something that I have to toss out. The product was from Alani Nu. Make sure to open the products out in the parking lot and check it for bugs. read more

Vitamin shoppe is always my go to for supps. I used to have to drive all the way to the one in Manhattan Beach until I found this one in South Gate. The employees are very knowledgeable whenever I ask them about a particular supplement, and they're very friendly. 10/10 would recommend. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe is located in the new Azalea Shopping Center. They have everything from vitamins to nutrition supplements. I love that they carry Quest Nutrition Bars and they sell a box cheaper than competitor nutrition shops. They also have everything for your bodybuilding needs such as protein powders, pre-workouts, BCAA's, and fat burners. (Make sure you do your research before taking anything and always consult your physician first!) The staff here has been friendly and helpful both times I've been in. They also have a FREE membership (unlike their competitor) which you can earn points with purchases for coupons and free stuff. There is also plenty of parking right in front of their store so need to worry about searching. read more

I just left the vitamin shop he located in South gate on fire stone Boulevard I'm a regular customer and I usually spend more than 40 or $50 with each visit one of the sales representative asked me that I need a bag I had a number of items to carry which required bagging I just left a store earlier that gave me a bag with a purchase from their store for a lot less but the manager at the vitamin shop he insisted it was store policy that he charged me 10 cent even with my purchase of $35 worth of merchandise it is obvious that some companies don't appreciate the regular customers they could look into the system and see what I spend on a regular basis and not show the courtesy of giving me a bag I think it's time for me to do business elsewhere read more

Then they don't have it in stock didn't offer a time they will have it on stock or what other store had it on stock. No customer service experience at all. read more

Thank God for this new location! I will most probably never step foot in a GNC again. Vitamin Shoppe (they add a "pe" to the end of shop bc they're fancy) has gold card prices all the time and you don't have to pay for a membership. This vitamin shoppe is great with their products and services from their employees. I got a lot of my questions answered and the store workers showing the product and explaining what it does with how to use it correctly. The two gentleman were awesome how to use the product I was looking forward to purchase in the upcoming weeks. They got monthly specials for maybe what you may be interested in saving a few dollars. Prices are reasonable with so much you might want to get if you either are the workout type or just being a nutritionist kind of side. I like it as in the same plaza where other stores I like to go window shopping or getting a snack near by or maybe I might get my snacks from this place to win points as it's has a cash back almost thought the same as the CVS reward, but I think this place is better as the store worker said they would or will price match with another place that has the same product, like what circuit city used to be back in the days. I would recommend this place to lots of people who want to look for exercise, healthy or nutritionist stuff with even getting their questions answered from these great people who work there. read more

The staff seems to he very knowledable and the young lady who helped me was able to give me recommendations based on what my goals were. This place is our new favorite place to shop for Vegan Protein and for Pre-workout supplements. If you are looking for a healthy, Vegan, Raw protein that has NO JUNK in it that will give you about 21grams of protein per serving then you have to go get "Sunwarrior" protein.
