    DJ's Paint and Body

DJ's Paint & Body is top notch. I am very, very, very picky about my vehicles, especially by 2015…read moreChevy 2500 HD Duramax. I went to over 10 body shops in Faulkner County to check out the shops and get quotes. DJ has a very nice, brand-new body shop right on Highway 64 E that has great curb appeal. His lobby is welcoming. His staff is friendly. But why you're reading this review is to answer a simple question: How is his work? DJ's work is by far one of the best I've seen. I had a fairly bad hit/dent on the upper corner next to and including the rear passenger side taillight. The damage included tail light, bumper, corner panel, and tailgate. The damage was in a place that would be difficult to match the body lines of my near-new truck. DJ was able to produce perfect results. Paint and body work is not even noticeable, and I meticulously reviewed every inch of where paint was sprayed, body work perform, and metal bending was done. The Z71 and Chevy emblems were placed exactly on point and matched the un-wrecked side perfectly. His instructions for post care were clear and to the point. No washing with chemicals, just water, for at least 30 days (due to the cooler weather, he recommended longer than what he would have in summer months). After the 30 day paint cure period, when I used my tailgate for the first time since the accident, I noticed that my tailgate was a touch off center, and closed too tight. With a quick visit, DJ made a minor, quick adjustment to the latch, and all was right. Strong work! VERY satisfied and VERY positive that in the future, if I require paint or body work, I will definitely use DJ and his shop. Fantastic work! Keep it up!!!!

I called him when I was still sitting on the side of the road, he assured me that it was going to be okay. He promised me we would get it taken care of and he delivered on his promise! The work he did was fantastic. I drive a F-250 with a black metallic paint that sparks in the sun. I thought it would be impossible to match.... you cant even tell where factory paint ends and his begins!!! Truly amazing. Thank you DJ!!

I find it no surprise that Conway Collision Center's last good review was in 2020. As a preface to this review, my vehicle was not worked on at this location. From what I can gather, I wasn't important enough or the job wasn't easy enough for them to even return my calls. I booked an appointment with them on an early Wednesday morning and spoke with someone (Todd?) about an insurance repair and additional repairs to the vehicle which I was going to pay out of pocket. I had to take off work for this appointment. Todd assured me that he was going to put together my quote, give me a call, then email me. A few days later, no call. I don't know what their work load is or how long it takes to put together an estimate so I called a few days later, was put on hold, and was told that Todd was busy doing payroll. I was told that he would call me back. Again, days have passed and no call. It has now been a week. I work in a service oriented business and to not follow up with a customer within this time is amateur. Not only that, but I completely wasted my time going to a business that doesn't value my time. My advice is to be careful booking an appointment with Conway Collision Center. Conway Collision Center obviously does not have any consideration for the customer's time. If this is how they treat people, just imagine how they will treat your vehicle. Real businesses that care, return calls, follow up, or at least have the courtesy to tell a customer that they don't want to do the job. That is just the professional thing to do and their professionalism is heavily lacking.
