I was given a price immediately, told by dispatch when to expect them at the address, and that happened quickly. I was sent texts when the tow was assigned, and when they arrived. Robert specifically was polite, knew his stuff, and professional. The entire process, which I initially believed would be a huge PITA, was in fact smooth and seamless. Very impressed!
