But once the tear down was complete it changed to 6 weeks. Every single week Rashawn at Gwatney and the person managing my claim from my insurance company have told me completely contradicting things. One week Rashawn tells me "all the parts are here and the technician is about to pull it in their bay" and the next week he will say "we've got almost all the parts" WHICH ONE IS IT? I don't know who is wrong or lying, but it's now been 6 weeks and 1 day and I still do not have my car. Yesterday Rashawn called and said "your car is headed to paint. It'll be ready to pick up Tuesday or Wednesday". Today my insurance person said "it's delayed because they need to order more parts. The new estimated completion date is 4/17" So which is it? Is my car in paint or did the shop drop the ball and not order the parts and then lie to me? All I know is it's been over 6 weeks and I don't have a car. The damage does not warrant 6 weeks of repair time. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car anywhere but here. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Secondly he could fit me in the same week that I called inquiring. The bumper was beautiful and looked like new after he finished it. It only took him about 23 hours from drop off to the call for pick up. He charged me exactly what he quoted me and it was a good deal. My issues were that he told me after I had already arrived to pay that if I had cash he wouldn't charge me tax. Well I didn't have cash and I wish he would've told be beforehand. He also told me the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days when I dropped it off. I had to work so I needed it earlier. He told me he would do his best to have it ready the next day. I had to go through an ordeal to get someone who could give me a ride the next day. Well he called me first thing the following morning saying it was ready. I was not prepared for that since he made it sound like it would be late when the car was ready. So I had gone through a bunch of nonsense to secure a ride and it was completely unnecessary. Lastly I'm not sure what in the world happened but after I drove my car home I discovered that it was covered in ants. They were everywhere. I had to wash it and I was still finding them. That was gross and annoying. After everything I would do business there again because the work was done well for a fair price.
