Deceptive practice, questionable service 1. Engine oil was…read moregrossly overfilled during oil change. Pressure was very low, engine performed poorly, stop engine alert was tripped. Issue identified & corrected by another shop while traveling. Averted major engine damage. 2. Vehicle was hit (damaged) while in for service. I was not told of the damage when I picked up vehicle. The shop tried to conceal the damage and replace damaged parts with used parts, thinking o would not notice. I had to notify the shop of damage myself when I got home & did my inspection. I found body damage to the fiberglass, used parts that had a marred finish and missing pieces to a replaced mirror along with many wires, screws & nuts and rags left on top of the generator, where they forgot to clean up their mistake. Neither the owner nor office manager advised of the incident, instead parking my vehicle way out in the far corner of the lot. Electrical control switches were also crossed - wired backwards. Only when confronted by me did owner admit it had been hit. Owner agreed to have body damage fixed. I did not get a new mirror as a replacement & don't know what other damage may have been done. It's been several months since repairs were performed. Body work performed by 3rd party okay but protective shield not installed well. When I went to pick up the RV, one of their technicians had to rewire one of the control switches that was not working correctly. During that repair, he made many negative comments to me about the quality of the RV, even though it is in excellent condition, is not that old and has low miles (during a previous maintenance visit, even the owner had commented how nice it was and that he might be interested in buying it when I was ready to sell it). Overall, a bad experience. Have not heard from the since! I realize accidents & mistakes happen, but trying to conceal them & not notifying the customer is bad business. I do not recommend this shop. Not trustworthy.

The listing said vehicle price $13,950 with a down payment of $1,395 (10%) 11% interest rate and a balance of $12,555 to be financed with a payment of $273. My credit was in the good range of 621-699. We liked the jeep and called the lot. We confirmed the price to be $13,950 with the down payment of $1,395 and a balance to finance $12,555. They said that is correct. We asked what warranty comes with the jeep. They said 24 months 24,000 miles. So looked like a good deal. Asked for the Vin so we could get the insurance ready. The title was rebuilt and that was concerning. We went to the lot and asked about the rebuilt title. The owners name is Abdullah Al-maliki. He said the vehicle was hit on the driverside rear. They kept my vehicle for 42 days to replace a fender and a bumper, while continuously lying to both me and my insurance about a finishing time. I went up to check in person because they'd pushed back the finish date on my car 6 times, to the point where I no longer had a rental. My car was sitting in the parking lot 6 weeks after I'd dropped it off, in substantially worse condition than when I started. Things in my glove box had been taken out, and the headlights were in the back seat. Also: MY KEYS WERE ON THE HOOD IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. After confronting the owners about it, they informed me that was policy so their employees had easy access to move them. My car was also substantially dirtier than when I'd dropped it off. I got permission from my insurance to reacquire the vehicle, and he'd informed me they'd violated their contract with Progressive and I have full rights to get the vehicle back from them. Initially around week 3 I'd asked to get the vehicle back since I was about to not have a rental any longer- one of the owners informed me he'd pay for any time it had run over. If I would not have returned my rental, they would have owed $700 at the time I took it back. He didn't expect me to tell him that was the amount, and I watched the light in his eyes die because they would have done a solid portion of the work for free. At no point do I believe they would have paid for anything over. I cannot recommend this shop, at all, to anyone. The customer service has been awful and they will leave you in the dark. Sally, at the front desk was completely unprofessional.
