I took the vehicle back because it was under warranty. After two weeks I called them and Donnie said that he had drove it and could not find anything wrong with it. I told him the vehicle was starting to slip on hills, he said he would check into it. Another two weeks went by and nothing. I had been driving by the business a few times a week to check on my vehicle, It never moved from the spot it was sitting in for weeks on end. So I called and said I'll just come get it. They had no plans on fixing it as far as I was concerned. I paid a lot of money close to 6k just to get screwed over. Go somewhere and save your money.

Secondly he could fit me in the same week that I called inquiring. The bumper was beautiful and looked like new after he finished it. It only took him about 23 hours from drop off to the call for pick up. He charged me exactly what he quoted me and it was a good deal. My issues were that he told me after I had already arrived to pay that if I had cash he wouldn't charge me tax. Well I didn't have cash and I wish he would've told be beforehand. He also told me the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days when I dropped it off. I had to work so I needed it earlier. He told me he would do his best to have it ready the next day. I had to go through an ordeal to get someone who could give me a ride the next day. Well he called me first thing the following morning saying it was ready. I was not prepared for that since he made it sound like it would be late when the car was ready. So I had gone through a bunch of nonsense to secure a ride and it was completely unnecessary. Lastly I'm not sure what in the world happened but after I drove my car home I discovered that it was covered in ants. They were everywhere. I had to wash it and I was still finding them. That was gross and annoying. After everything I would do business there again because the work was done well for a fair price.

With temperatures soaring to 103 degrees Fahrenheit and feeling more like 120 due to humidity, we were forced to stop for repairs. The truck got towed here. Contrary to other customers' experiences of slowness, the service was prompt and friendly. The staff worked diligently to install a new tire, which they got from Tennessee since it wasn't available in-shop. Although the repair resulted in an unexpected overnight stay and some delay, the shop's kindness and efficiency made up for it. They welcomed our dog inside and even offered a ride to our hotel. Given the situation, the service was courteous, efficient, and fairly priced for the truck tire. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, fair price and customer service.
