My last repair, non communication, poor craftsmanship in their work, and apparently they don't know how to blend paint any longer. The first question was how are you going to blend this paint to a 14 year old truck. Everyone knows you paint a repair to make it look like the rest of the car. I go to pick up my car and one side is a completely different color than the other. I asked them about this and they said, oh well, you would have to pay to have it blended into the rest of the car. Mind you, we had already discussed this. Who paints a car any other way? Needless to say, they didn't care. They are just fine with painting your car, whatever color, whether it matches the other parts of your car or not. I will never take my car back to Mclarty's collision. Who paints a car to not match the other parts of the car?!?!?! Oh, and the day before I pick it up. They put another $800 charge on there, saying that their estimator forgot to click the correct paint code. This is after they already took the car apart. And gave me a full estimate of the repair. The place seems to be under poor management. They do not communicate properly, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. And they could care less.
