I typically go to the dealership for basic oil change and tire rotation because they are faster and have a better discount plan. After the dealership gives me a list of all of the repairs, I then take the list to Service 1st For service. Their prices are much more reasonable, and the service is always better than the dealership. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple people to them for repairs. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. I would score them a five on problem solving, professionalism, and quality of work. Their address is 2258 Lithonia Industrial Blvd Lithonia GA 30058. (770) 484-4905

My car wouldn't recalibrate for my manufacturer's donut. I googled and noticed there was Tires Plus near the Stonecrest Mall area. I was able to make an appointment more quickly than expected and also be seen earlier than anticipated on the day of. I ordered a tire for $88 from Amazon and brought it to the shop because they didn't have my exact tire brand to match the 3 others. The manager was wonderful. He was transparent about the possibility that I may have to purchase 4 tires if the system rejects the $88 new tire because of the AWD. I knew there was a strong possibility he was right since I had issues with the donut. To make a long story short, I asked the manager for a quote for the new tires in the event I needed them. He found a reasonable price for a set if needed. However, I didn't need it. Thank God for honest people. They didn't scam me, and I was able to get my $88 tire mounted, and the system didn't reject it. I also upgraded to a lifetime wheel alignment. The service was under $300. Shout out to the manager and staff for their professionalism and timely service at the 8055 Mall Pkwy, Lithonia, GA 30038 location. God bless

I stay closest to Curry Honda, but will drive to Stonecrest to get my car serviced. This past Saturday I needed an oil change and had an appointment (that's all I went in for). The service then became over $400 quote. I was told about a fuel injector service that my car was due for supposedly. Me thinking I'm being told good info say I'll get it if it's needed at this time after asking if it was. I was verbally told it would be $184. The quote had the total for this service alone as $215 (I was then told labor was added in the estimate), along with a cabin filter change and tire rotation on top of the oil change. I said the cabin filter can be taken off (FYI this service is overpriced, YouTube can show you how to do this on your own). After looking more into this fuel injection service within a few minutes I went back and asked for it to be removed (I didn't sign anything for the service). I was told that the car was already having the service done. I spoke to one of the managers Lindsey who was a great help in this situation and built my trust back with the dealership to handle the services. We spoke about the charge and she explained when this service is due and if it's a mandatory service or auxiliary. Thank you to Eric W. as well for the assistance with calling Lindsey for my issue. I appreciate the help of everyone because with inflation going on the last thing I'm trying to do is pay for services that I didn't need at the mileage I'm at. The visit started rocky, but ended on a good note. I'll be bringing my car back for the next service needed. Thanks Lindsey!

TLDR: Do not trust these people. They bold-face lie without shame…read more So disappointed. Friday (9/18/26) I purchased a used Odyssey. During the purchase, we determined that the brakes needed to be replaced and a wheel position sensor needed to be reset. I was presented with and signed two separate "we owe you" documents. Because I did private financing, I was to pick the car up when the bank check came in. It should take no more than a week. The dealership was to complete the repairs in that time. I was even lead to believe that the van was being worked on as I was leaving. Fast forward to Wednesday (9/23/26). I call to inform the dealership that the check has arrived and that I would be picking up the van that day. I show up, hand over the check, grab my documents and head out to get the van. I kid you not, it is at this very moment they inform me that the van has not been fixed. And that I could wait for them to do the repairs. I could not wait. I, along with the sales rep, made an appointment with the service team for Saturday (9/26/26). The sales rep informs the service rep that the repairs were on the dealership. Saturday, I drop off the van and head out. Come back. Van outside, not repaired. I am told that I needed to sign and authorize the cost of the repairs. I reminded the service rep of the agreement from Wednesday. He gives me the, let me go find the sales manager. Comes back with the Service manager who doubles down. Asked for the documents I signed. The "We owe" documents that I did not have because they were never returned to me when I picked up the car. "They can do nothing without the documents" she says, like the service rep was not standing right there and confirming that the sales rep said they would. This is a game presented as miscommunication, intended to confuse, frustrate, and exhaust customers. Terrible business. I was actually dumb founded. I could not believe what I was hearing. I have decided, as is probably the plan, to forget about it. Leave ah honest review and go on with my life. But be warned. These people lie.
