North Scottsdale has LUCKED OUT! Holy cow this is the best damn BBQ around. Every single item on their menu is 5 stars. And the people and service? 500 stars. So much flavor in their food. Everything cooked to perfection. The smoked chicken is ridiculous. The chicken club Sammy is nuts! And so NOT skip the wings. Wow. Crispy. Mega flavor. Simply amazing. Brisket is perfection. Pickled onions? Can't be beat. Sauces? Flavor bombs! I'm so happy to have them nearby my house!!

Soooooo happy to see Beerded BBQ as the new food truck at Pinnacle. Their brisket is OUT OF THIS WORLD! The dry rubbed chicken wings were amazing and their french fries are so tasty. I wish I took photos of my son and nice meal, but we are too busy eating and enjoying the business of the establishment. Great energy, amazing food and it's where all the good people go.

Beerded BBQ is taking the flavors of the Sonoran Desert and smoking it to some delicious meats. Immediately after taking a bite of brisket I could make out (my favorite) mesquite flavor that can be found very prevalent in this area. The earthy flavor that takes me to the desert. I could tell it was a mix and couldn't tell what it actually was so I asked lol. Pecan!!!! This mix of woods was wonderful on the brisket. Nice and moist and tender. In contrast to the smoked and fried pork belly. Having the nice crispy exterior because of it being fried and a soft interior from the time it spent being smoked. With the salt content it gave a slightly bacon-y flavor and the browning from being fried gave it colors that pull you in. I was just nibbling on it like steak fries. Dipping it in the medium heat bbq sauce sometimes. An actual medium heat sauce that gives a nice tingle without being too spicy. Flavored of various chilies reflecting of well Arizona. This sauce that paired even better with the chicken. At the end I was given a smoked sourdough chocolate chip pecan cookie that is indeed both a mouthful to say and to eat. It was so good. I slightly Smokey with the little tang from the starter. Don't tell crumbl about this cookie because they will try it and not do it justice. Oh with this all I had to get the prickly pear lemonade on the menu. It isn't a trip to AZ without getting something prickly pear lol. But sour lemon and the bright prickly pear flavor wonderfully cut the fattiness of the meats while adding another AZ staple.

I highly recommend the green chili burrito and the two meat plate with brisket and ribs. The service is good as well, they'll help you find a parking spot and help you get out of that spot, they'll parking in front of the restaurant is almost always full.

Pretty much every type of meat that they had was a hit. Some of the meat was a bit salty, but it wasn't salty enough to affect my culinary experience. Overall I thought it was very delicious. Naturally, the sliced brisket was very juicy and tasty, and the chopped brisket provided good textural consistency along with the flavor. I also thought that the turkey breast was a good item to neutralize the strong taste that came from some of the meat, such as the pork belly burnt ends, which were both sweet and salty. The sausage pieces were also great in providing a layer of flavor distinct from the other kinds of meat. The pork spare ribs were generous in size, although I thought the sauce could be a bit less sweet. Overall, very solid barbeque meat and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that visits the Phoenix area.

My first time here after living in Arizona for 10 years! It is so warm and cozy inside. Has a…read morerustic western chic vibe with wood fired ovens and a huge outdoor patio. For apps we got the lamb fondue which was super tender and unique. Dipping meet in cheese? Literally nothing better. Then we also got the green chili pork stew which is a MUST try! Not too spicy and full of flavor. Also, great for sharing as you fill it in the buttery tortillas. The filet was seriously one of the best I've ever had in Arizona. It has a nice shallot butter crust and it was cooked PERFECTLY medium rare. This was a highlight. The pork chop is huge and has a nice sweetness to it. The meat wasn't dry either...it pretty much tasted like the best bacon I've ever had LOL Everyone must get the green chili Mac n cheese. Not spicy at all just Smokey and tangy and full of cheese but shockingly not that heavy. The pecan pie was unreal. Gooey and sweet but the crust was still super flakey. The brownie skillet was soft in the middle which is how it always should be. Their known for their frozen huckleberry margarita which is a treat in its own but it's not too icey they definitely don't skip out on the tequila. Rachel was our server. She's been there for awhile so you know that they treat their staff well. She was super knowledgeable and honest about certain menu items. I also spoke with the manager, Matt, who was very welcoming and seemed very proud of his restaurant (as he should be). Overall highly reccomend it here. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be returning!

The host told us that there was open seating along the wall or under cover outside. Since the wall was full, we ventured outside near the cooler. We were given water right away but didn't even see a server, Jessica, for 12 mins. We even had to ask her for menus. It was a very awkward start. My wife ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon and a Caesar salad, plus wine while I got the 22 ounce Ribeye and a side of Poblano and PepperJack Grits, plus an iced tea. It all came to $137.11 plus tip. Our salad arrived in 8 minutes and our dinner 10 mins later. The salad was outstanding. Plenty of romaine, dressed with the right amount of dressing, 3-4 croutons and a mound of shaved Parmesan cheese. The salmon was really good, served with sautéed green beans and soy butter. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was seasoned well and the grits were incredible. They were creamy, with pronounced poblano and Jack cheese. It was the perfect accompaniment. Jessica did a great job checking in on us during our meal but, again, it was awkward waiting 15 mins for her to offer dessert and check. We will return but perhaps not during happy hour, when it's very busy but the evening staff hasn't arrived yet.
