(My experience from my services in October 2025) Yes, they specialize in offroad vehicles (hence the company name "BEEP'S OFFROAD" BUT, they also do work on Non-Offroad cars like my good old faithful 2012 Honda Civic. Just give them a call to inquire if they're able to service your car because lets be real... getting your car service at the dealership now days is $$$$$$. Especially in this economy. I was referred by a friend to give Beep's a call regarding my inquiry of new tires and I'm so glad I called because their prices are very reasonable. ----LOCATION---- There's a HUGE sign when you're driving on Jackson street with the BEEP'S OFFROAD logo... I'm so glad it was HUGE because I would have missed the turn into the location. There are other shops and a screen printing shop in the same plaza type of area. Their front doors are double doors and the color is green and has a big sign on top of the doors that says "ENTRANCE" in black and white print. ----QUOTE/PAYMENT INFORMATION---- - They emailed me a quote - I was able to pay from a safe link (Shop Monkey) that they provided in the quote email - You are also able to pay in person but I love the fact that I was able to submit my payment online, it made payment quick and easy - There are also payment options with using a 3rd party to pay over time (interest-free/low-interest) companies: Sunbit or Affirm- You have to be approved by Sunbit/Affirm depending on credit score etc. This is a good option for those who are unable to pay for their services in full. SERVICES ----TIRES/ALIGNMENT---- I was looking for specific tires (Yokohama) for my car. I usually purchase them online and bring them to a local shop to have them install the tires for me but this time around, I do not have access for a bigger car to transport the tires. I contacted Beep's and they informed me that they were able to order my tires and also install them. Since I was already going to be at their shop for my tires, I inquired about an alignment and they were able to add that to my services on the same day. PHEW, I did not have to go to multiple shops and was able to do everything here. ----OIL CHANGE/INSTALLING HEADLIGHTS---- I contacted Beep's again because I needed someone to install my new headlights and at the same time I was due for an oil change so I inquired about that too. They were able to provide services for my civic to have an oil change and to install my headlights. THANKFULLY BECAUSE... "I'm just a girl". LOL I cannot do this on my own and the dealership quoted me way out of my price range. ----INTERIOR/RESTROOMS---- It's a clean facility and there is a waiting room with a TV and seats. There is a restroom for customers. ----REASONS FOR MY 5 STARS---- Great customer service because all of my questions, concerns and inquires were answered, the services were excellent and the facility was clean and organized.
Recently had a great experience here getting work done on my '26 LC250 [suspension, tires, wheels, alignment]. Mike is super communicative, friendly, and helpful. He answered all of my (many) questions prior to getting the work done and helped me determine what set-up makes most sense for me and the car. Mike took the time to drive the vehicle and understand its alignment at baseline which I greatly appreciated. Can't wait to take her out on the trails! Would highly recommend Beep's!
Update: Got a new truck and brought it back for suspension work. Beep's Offroad continues to impress: Their work is meticulous and thorough--every bolt was witness-marked and double-checked, and nothing walked out even after a week of driving. It's rare to find a shop this detail-oriented and trustworthy. I wouldn't take my trucks anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very precise on the work they do on my 2006 GX470 welding on the cam tabs and BCM. Will definitely come back for future welding needs. And the alignment is on point.
If you're an off-road/overlanding enthusiast or even just starting to build your rig and have no idea what you're doing or what you need, Beeps Off-road is the PERFECT place for you. I was kind of skeptical at first when I was reading the review because everything is a positive review so I've decided to give it a try. Man, the reviews are accurate. I talked to Mike and explain to him what I wanted. I started giving him the list of expensive parts that my coworker recommended only to find out that some of them are just for show and a waste of money. Mike will give you an honest advice and the best bang for your buck. I couldn't be happier how my rig turned out. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's been off roading or just starting. Best shop in town. Workmanship is stellar; prices are competitive and the owner Carter is a reliable and respected businessman. As a mechanical over 20 years, I rarely let anybody work on my own vehicles, but Carter is my go to for all off-road installations. They did my truck right . Originally when I got my 33 inch tires put on at four wheel parts, the body mount chop they did was horrible. The wheels rubbed when turning hard left or right. Carter cut them off put on new plates and welded them but that wasn't it. They grind it down the welds and painted the new plates so it looked factory. No more rubbing. They also do alignments so it's truly a one stop shop. And the best part is if you want a great hamburger, they own beef burgers across the bay

But instead of questioning my choices and trying to upsell another brand they were in partnership with, Mike simply gave me a quote and bam - off and running! I dropped off my Tacoma on a Tuesday and was done by Wednesday. Talk about a quick turnaround! They installed the suspension, wheels, tires, CMC, and alignment! I will definitely be a return customer! Incredible team at Beeps!

I was in the market to buy wheels for my 4Runner. I finally settled on a set of Stealth Customs' wheels. I couldn't decide what size to go with. Mike helped me out and told me I wouldn't be disappointed with a set of 17x9's with a -38 offset. I brought my wheels to Beeps and Mike and his crew did an awesome job cutting the body mount and bumper. I had to ask what cuts were made on the bumper because I couldn't tell. If you want quality work come here. If you want half ass work, goto someone who does it cheaper.
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my truck! I have been going there for the last year or so for various things and they have never let me down. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again and again.

All you need is a $50 deposit to hold it. I took my 2021 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro in and had them install a Westcott designs 2 inch TRD Pro lift. I went in at 9:30 and they were done before 3:30 which was pretty fast in my opinion. I went ahead and put on Nitto 295/70 R18 tires. I am so happy with the work they did that the SUV still runs like stock. Comfort is still there. Give them a try and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Brought my 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO to this shop. After much research and calling shops in the Nor Cal area (SF BAY, SAC, and even So-Cal), I was still un-decided to move forward. The truck was carrying a lot of weight (rack and bed drawer system with gear) and the OEM springs were worn and caused the rear to squat. Although it was ok still, drive and function were not compromised, I questioned over time, if they would need to be replaced. Called other well-known shops and was told differing suggestions and of course was all expensive. I had heard of BEEPS in truck forums and decided to give them a call. Mike was very responsive (via text at first) which lead to many phone calls. I had many questions, concerns, and even with all that, he was very patient with answering them. He even went beyond and called some manufactures to check and double check if what he was suggesting could be done. After the 1st price quote, he was very up-front with pricing, and even helped ease my mind. I took what he suggested and compared to what other shops provided. BEEPS offered the same/similar to one shop (wont say name) but it was cheaper and with less bull with the advice. Mike was straight and to the point. There was no upsell or any advice based on making money. I went with a new set of tires (35's) wheels (18's) Westcott (front) and Icon leaf pack replacement in the rear. Alignment was included too! It was more (I felt) proper service, proper price, would result in future services for the truck. And this will be the case. Mike, (front) Carter (back mechanic) and the other tech (dont know his name) run a top notch shop with great quality work. All future mods will be done by BEEPS for sure! For my first major mod of the truck, his patience, sound advice, and reassurance before and after install, and of course the price, was all considered when going with BEEPS. If you are looking or even thinking of getting work done, At the very least, give them a call and talk to Mike. read more
Beep's got back to me with a quote for shock install and alignment within minutes. Prices are competitive. Dropped off our FJ one evening and it was ready for pick up the next day. Amazing and dependable service. Highly recommend them! We have since brought in all our vehicles for service here. They service all vehicles, not just off-road rigs. They know their stuff. Took my First Gen Tundra here for some suspension upgrades I had accumulated. Mike was easy to talk to about my project and needs and got me a quote for my ride same day! (I reached out to other shops and their response was a day late and a dollar short) Mikes quick response was my first indication that they wanted my business. Got some camburg UCA and Fox coil overs installed in a day. Easy to use confirmation on quotes and approval for work and scheduling was very user friendly. I will be taking my projects here. Also, Mike had some brake components replaced that I had on hand. My truck is riding true and straight. Give these guys a call and stop wasting your time waiting for the other guys to pick up your phone call. read more

Took my 4Runner w/ KDSS for my lift install , uca's and BMC with a very fast turn around time. Easy to talk to guys and a very clean shop! Also had my alignment done and it is spot on! Car drives straighter than ever. Will definitely be going back for future installs . read more

I had Beep's install some Eibach front coil springs and some rear add a leafs on my 2019 Raptor and I am extremely happy with their service and how it turned out. It looks awesome and it rides, handles and tows our trailer way better now. They have a very nice shop, great prices and communication is top notch! read more

Great people and Great service. Mike is a very responsive guy. I got a 5.29 nitro regear, dobinsons ims lift, cab mount relocation, ecgs bushing, and some new 35s on my tacoma. I've never had this much work and mods done on a vehicle before and the whole process was straightforward. All the work was knocked out in a week. Highly recommend if you're looking for a offroad shop in the bay area. read more

Mike and the guys do great work... very responsive and keep you informed. Had the wife's sequoia go in to get leveled with wheels and tires. Forgot to add lugs and Mike recommended places to pick them up at. All and all the shop was easy and loved the clean work they do. Definitely recommend as some of the rigs they do work on are some of the cleanest work I've seen....not to mention functional and purpose built....thanks gentleman! Appreciate it! - TJ read more

Came here for a suspension upgrade (Kings and UCAs) for my 2020 4Runner. These guys were professional through and through. Fair pricing and my rig was ready before the quoted time. Shop manager took the time to discuss what I was doing and even made a recommendation (Dr KDSS) that I was happy with. Will definitely be recommending Beep's Offroad to anyone looking to get their rig trail ready read more
