Made appt. Drove in with my crooked ass Momo. Checked in, gave him targets from Global West Suspension. He did his thing. Drove out of there straight feeling refreshed and man the car drives some much better, cornering is magnificent, carpool lane dead straight on my way back home solo. Made an appt for my other car. I feel like it was a legit place. So much that I threw their decal on my car along with my other speed part decals. Approved. read more

This place was highly recommended for aftermarket customized suspension. Called to make an appointment and accommodated me at my convenience. Quang is friendly and professional. Provided me an estimate of $120-$140 for 45min-1hr work. (Ended up taking 1.5 hrs and got charged $160; I had no complaint paying the extra charge.) Shop is clean and easy access off Jackson St straight out of San Mateo Bridge. 2 comfy chairs while you wait w car culture streaming on YouTube and pleasant background music in the shop. The alignment process was a meticulous process and back and forth adjustments till all reading went from red to green. If you ask, Quang will patiently explain the printout and what it all means. He will also make recommendations and tell you what to watch out for that needs attention. Will definitely be my go to place for all my vehicles and will not hesitate to recommend Hayward Alignments. ----- In response to owner comment: I did mentioned my vehicle has aftermarket bagged suspension prior to making appointment. Also texted Quang that I was running late due to traffic coming from Pacifica. Arrived at the shop 20 minutes past my appointment. Had no control of the traffic and knowledge of construction on Jackson St. read more

I needed an alignment because I replaced some suspension parts on my 2000 Camry 4 cylinder. My experience was extremely pleasant. I made an appointment and came in earlier just to make sure I didn't miss it. Quang had me in and adjusted In a few minutes. Super smooth ride now and I am very happy with the overall experience. Well worth it to come back here for my other car once I get new tires. read more

Another A+ job from Quang. I brought my Supra to him after another shop goofed, and he got it dialed into the exact specs I asked for. Very happy with his work. Car has more grip than ever. He was even willing to loosen and retorque my sway bar end links I wasn't sure I had torqued them down properly, so I let him know and he took care of it. read more

Had some suspension work done and wanted to check that my alignment was still within specs. Went here on recommendations and glad I did. Quang was very thorough in his work and did test drives to ensure everything was in order and the steering wheel was centered as straight as it could be. Clean shop, knowledgeable tech/owner, and video game machines to keep you busy while you wait for your alignment to finish. Worth the drive to Hayward. Took my son in laws van this morning for a wheel alignment- I was greeted by the gentleman there- he mentioned he was waiting on a customer who had an appointment at 10am and he would give them at least 10-15 minutes before he can actually give me their spot- that showed me that customer service was a priority! Luckily the appointment customer called and wasn't able to make it so Q was able to start on my SIL's vehicle right away- I was impressed that the shop itself was very clean and alignment is done digitally. I'm from Orange County, California and recently had my vehicles aligned and it wasn't done this high tech. Q was extremely honest and explained to me the vehicle didn't need an alignment. Wow a place that didn't take advantage of a woman! I will be taking my daughter's vehicle in before I head back to so cal. Ki give this place 10 Thank you Q- read more

I got over 10 cars and take all my cars here to get aligned. Why do you ask? It's because alignments is all Quang does. He specializes in it so he knows his stuff. Most of my cars are lowered so if caster is adjustable then he can play with settings to center the wheel in the wheel well. Whereas most alignment places would just set the specs to green and let it go. Don't get me started on those lifetime alignments you buy at big names stores like Firestone. Their moto is "set the toe and let it go" lol. Well worth bringing cars you care about here. I've brought mine to cheaper places before and steering wheel is either crooked or need to redo alignment a few times to get the steering wheel right. Those other places left me wondering if the specs were even right after the steering wheels got straightened. If you value your time then come here. Hayward alignments prices are very reasonable. Pay the man what he asks. Base price starts at around $120 but If there's an extra charge then there is a reason for it. I've had frozen tie rods and other issues that were taken care of for reasonable prices. read more

One of THE best places to get your alignment done! Quang was very nice and his customer service was great. He showed great professionalism with a nice clean shop with a very comfortable waiting area. I initially came in after just lowering my car. He found that one of my axles were leaking, so he fixed the toe a bit and told me to come back whenever I'm ready. He was nice enough not to charge me for anything on my first visit! Came back 2 days later and the alignment is good! Great work with reasonable pricing. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends! read more

From several alignment shops I've been to, Quang's attention to detail is by far the most I've seen. He's very professional, friendly and does great work quick! It's a single stall with the alignment rack (low car friendly), back corner of the lot. The driveway into the lot (with other businesses/garages as well) can be a little bumpy, so careful low cars. It's easy to make an appointment with good communication, simple and no fuss. There's a small waiting area with 2 old school arcade games, fitting and nostalgic. Final Thoughts: There's really not too much to say, 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing an alignment with very reasonable prices. It's especially convenient that there's Saturday hours available as well. Definitely bringing all my cars here. read more
