Came here to get my wheels and tires mounted along with an alignment. It's been a week since and I have yet to driven the car and I noticed that they chipped/scratched my newly refinished wheels where the lug nuts seat at. Mind you I just got the faces redone on all four wheels a few days prior. Looks like they didn't care that their impact gun was scraping my wheels. These are not expensive wheels but I expected better from a "tuner" shop. Probably broke my wheel stud as well but claimed that it "chipped" off while removing my lug nuts. Good shop for fixing Mercedes Benz issues. W203 had a host of problems emanating from a p600 code causing a no start. Another shop along industrial blvd couldn't handle it and went bankrupt. We tried this shop instead. Appointment time was about 6 days from when we called. Towed on 10242023, 2 days in the shop and it was ready to go even better than before. (Kim replaced the starter relay and adjusted the starter itself.) Reasonable diagnostic fee and they will explain all the problems that were found and which and how they fixed 'em. Use em. This shop has been at this location for 18 years and while it may not win any beauty contests, the work gets done and done right. Isn't that what we really want with a service shop? I needed to have my car's alignment adjusted and the suspension bushings indexed after installing some lowering springs. These guys have installed springs + alignment on 3 of my vehicles, the last one being 4 years ago. Always great service, professional, and at a good price (they're slightly higher than others but have good reputation understanding aftermarket parts than others). Few months ago, I picked up a new Dodge Charger and requested a quote for Eibach Prokit spring install at $800 labor alone. I was shocked as 3 shops in Alameda County quoted me half of that. Of course I got it done elsewhere without issue but $800 for a spring install was mind blowing. I understand post Covid prices are up but at x2 the rate of labor is a bit crazy. read more

Went in to get a four wheel alignment done and wheels balanced and ended up just wasting money at that point. I needed to get a quick alignment done as I was going out of town and my go to alignment place was not open at the time. After the alignment I noticed the steering wheel wasn't aligned in the middle and the steering was pulling to the right a bit. Needed to go out of town for a few days and informed them if they could take a look at my alignment again. Went in the following week to see if they could address my concerns but seems like they just drove the car around the highway assuring there wasn't anything off. By the end I didn't even bother as there will still persistent wheel vibrations and the front alignment was still off. Ended up going to the usual alignment shop I go to a few days later and the alignment on my car was fixed completely. No wheel vibrations and the steering wheel was straight at the 12 o'clock position. read more

Ordered some Ventus V12 tires for my new wheels. Wanted to stretch my tires a bit so I looked for someone reputable online. He knew his shit, recommended that I order hub rings and stuff so I wouldn't get vibrations. That's a plus. Only problem was that he forgot to air up one of my tires before handing them off to me. My dumbass also didn't want to put in Tire Pressure sensors on because Im a cheap Asian and already spent $800 on good tires/ mounting/ stretch. This would have prevented this as well, but for paying that much, I expect my tires to be mounted with air on ALL my tires. I didn't check before driving. Also my Long story short, mounted them without checking.. tried to cut lanes and hit some lane dividers with my new wheels and heard the dreaded "THUD THUD THUD" sounds of the lip wheel banging against the hard plastic pieces in the road. I Pulled over at a gas station, pumped some air in and it's holding air still. TL;DR Got tires mounted on brand new wheels. One didn't have any air in it. Possibly damaged the wheel. Edit: Ended up being a faulty valve stem core. Got it replaced quickly read more

I called and setup an appointment to get the alignment set on my 65 Mustang (my baby) Took it in a few days later (11am on a Friday) I planed to drop it off and come back later to pick it up, but they said it would take about an hour to 90min at the most, so I decided to just wait for it and grab some food from Jack in the box right next door. About 45min later they called and said it was done. Drove great after I got it, he explained that the caster could only be adjusted so far as it would start to rub the fender, but much better than before. I had put lowering springs and 18x8" rims in the front, so there is only so much you can do without fender modifications. I came here to get an alignment on my lowered Subaru today. The car was pulling heavily to one side and I actually got an alignment from another shop down the road just last week. Unfortunately, the other shop couldn't correct the issue and told me that they already made all possible adjustments. I found that hard to believe... I then brought it into Motorsport Techniques, they figured everything out, and got the car driving straight again.
