Hayward location will break everything down for you after the inspection for you and what they will charge. They will not pressure you into going through with it. I liked this part the most. I went to San Ramon Big O Tire and they would pressure me in getting all the recommended fixes... and they also took 3-4 hours to get the same procedure done. They open at 9am and Hector welcomed me in around 8:40am. Consultation was transparent and straight to the point. Depending on the severity it can take 3 hours or 24 hours .
